Beautiful ambiance but limited menu.
Tuna tartare was nothing special.
Truffle fries were amazing!
Need more staffing. Poor servers are too burdened and wait times for service are long
The setting of the venue is very nice, full of trees. The food is OK an american type of menu nothing too elaborate. Good for families and family gatherings during the day.
Service was awful. Server rarely came to table and when he did we had to repeatedly ask for orders that we never received.
I was in Miami to visit my daughter who lives there from New York and her and her friends and I went out for dinner before I left to go back.
Service and ambience definitely overpowered the food, especially for its price. Overall, decent place for a date night but the food was not the star of the show.
The grilled cauliflower appetizer was wonderful. Main dish of pappardelle w lemon, with shrimp added was good. Wine was reasonably priced. The singer and guitarist accompanying her were a bit loud - perhaps we were just too close to them, but we couldn't carry on a conversation whenever they played ( and the "jazzy" selections weren't really my taste!) What was truly outstanding was the service -- helpful but not intrusive, considerate, and timely. All in all, a very pleasant evening in a nice setting by the park.
Amazing all around! Great service from Isabella!
Great location, good service, limited menu.
If menu expands it will more interesting.
Love this venue. Nice calm, shady location for dining al fresco in Coconut Grove.
Very nice outdoor experience. Very good food and value.Friendly and efficient service
Our server was amazing. Young, energetic girl. Catered and was sensitive to our needs. Food was well prepared and delishhh
Four of us had dinner here....ambiance was great....although there were plenty of dirty dishes and tables sitting around us and that was a little distasteful...but it took a long time to get our food and 2 of us had cold food. My dinner was Mahi Mahi, although I asked for the chorizo to be left off as my stomach can't handle that, I did ask for the sauce to be on the side. They didn't bring any sauce at all...fish was very small and thin and dried out....now I'm not sure since I asked for it to be slightly different from the way they serve it, if it would have come absolutely perfect had I not asked for the Chorizo to be left off, but I would think that any good restaurant could make that slight change and still have an excellent piece of fish. This was NOT the case! My husbands food was cold too. The only reason I didn't tell them right away and change it was that I didn't want to disappoint our dinner guests since there's was hot. However, the server never came back til at the end when he brought our check and asked how our food was.....that is when I told him it was served cold. His reply was very so-so....and didn't give me the feeling that they would make it right.....Overall, a great atmosphere is really important to me but if the food is served cold and is not very good anyway, it's doubtful I'll be back.
Went to G&V for my wife’s birthday. Our waitress was very nice and attentive but the kitchen
We have been coming to Glass and Vine since they opened. Today was our last. Service was so so bad, we waited for more than an hour for our food, which they finally brought and it was cold. The manager came to see what was happening but never came back to apologize for the delay. I ended up returning my food and that was the only thing they took out of the bill. Not a gesture from anyone to make it up. Last time.
Great food and outdoor area! Service was a little slow and our server disappeared for a good 20 minutes after we finished and waited for our check. He did apologize for the delay as he was “sorting an issue”— he maybe appeared a total of three times (including when he took the orders). Bus boys delivered the food and no one asked if we needed anything. Food was great and the ambiance was chill/relaxed. The live music was a plus.
Better than average. Service wasn’t great but ok. Food is good
GOOD FOOD BUT NOT GREAT
VERY GOOD SERVICE
TERRIFIC LOCATION AND AMBIANCE
OVERALL TOO EXPENSIVE CONSIDERING QUALITY OF THE FOOD
I WOULD GIVE IT 3 out of 5 stars
Beautiful location located just on the side of the park, with beautiful trees everywhere. Excellent playground for kids.
Food is good, but menu is quite limited. Service is OK. Prices are high.
Great service and food. Busy night and still received great service. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. On top of it!
One of the lovely outdoor areas to eat. The food is incredible.
We love going there on playdates for our son! The moms can enjoy a nice lunch, brunch or happy hour and the kiddos have a blast too; bonus is you can sit within viewing distance from the playground!!!Wish there were more places like this in Miami.
Ask to have salmon cooked medium rare, but came out well done. Waited to long for food, so just eat it. Waiter was good but was not as attentive as needed. Over all good for table was good and for that would try again.
The best of the restaurant is the ambiance and the location. Besides that, the food is overpriced and has nothing special. The restaurant was not a full capacity and still we had to wait a lot for our table to be cleaned and any request that we had.
Food was just ok and prices seem to have gotten much higher post Covid-19. Brunch is my favorite meal and I don’t mind paying for a good meal but this was one was just ok and overpriced.
Terrible service…had to beg for water, napkins, never received a drink requested, average food that seemed like a microwaved breakfast and screaming kids everywhere. Not a relaxing brunch at all.
Our primary problems with Glass and Vine is reservations and parking.
We have almost always been questioned as to whether or not we have a reservation whether made by speaking to a human, non human, Open Table and the like.
Sometimes the person checking in customers makes us wait until all people arriving after us with reservations are seated until he or she finally decides to seat us.
Also the restaurant has no parking facility. A garage across the street is expensive, if you can find a space.
This has happenned for the last time. We will not go again.
Loved our first experience here and will definitely be back! Although you’re outside, There’s plenty of shade to make you comfortable. We were here for brunch and ordered the croquettes, watermelon salad, lobster club, chicken and waffles, and a bottle of rosé! Everything was great, and the service was extremely attentive too!
I ordered the lobster club and it was ok. The avocado overpowered the lobster. And it had more avocado than lobster. The other sandwiches like the fish sandwich that my husband ordered appeared to be a better choice.
Great service and great food.
Great place. Nice terrace with playground for kids. Very nice service.
Love this restaurant and now that it has music is even better
Asked to sit next to the playground and was accommodated. The problem is that I find the service on that’s side is always slower. They also ran out of pasta for the kids- which is very weird? We always come here, probably once a month regardless of the service….
Celebrated a birthday weather was perfect! Lovely evening girls caught up and Children played in the park for hours.
We greatly enjoyed our brunch at Glass and Vine. The ambiance and the service were both excellent.
As always, hostess treats you like sh1t when you arrive, but waiters service is good, food is good and ambience is great
Music / band was way too loud for a restaurant dinner. Couldn’t talk or hold a conversation.
Subpar service and food. The location and ambience was nice with live music and lighting. We had to send back food twice. Not a very good experience
The quality of food and drinks was way below average. For the price and hype it was of very low value. It is sad that such a nice space/garden has such low quality in its food and presentation and drinks.
