Style, tradition and hospitality. These are the ingredients of the exclusive Glashaus restaurant. The facade is entirely made of glass and therefore offers a unique view of the Rhine, the Hohenzollern Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral.

We believe in simple promises for our guests. Carefully crafted and skillfully prepared quality products, wines from renowned local and international wineries and an always attentive service ensure a truly exceptional culinary experience.

Head chef Maarten Feldmeijer specializes in unconventional menus. Each dish consists of unique combinations, which are made daily from fresh ingredients that are always as sustainable as possible. Here, you will enjoy fine and genuine dishes with a local character and a Far Eastern touch.

    Das Essen ist einfach super lecker. Der Service ist freundlich. Man hat eine perfekte Aussicht zum Kölner Dom. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

    An absolute must if you are in Cologne. Great view, good food and service. Tip: Don't go for the wine package as the sommelier is not very generous. Better order 1 bottle for the same price. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and has very good taste. Really trustworthy to recommend a good wine.

    Preis Leistung des Essens war nicht gegeben. Fleisch nicht so zubereitet wie gewünscht, Beilagen sehr fad, gar kein Trüffel Geschmack, Salat sehr trocken.

    Essen war gut bis sehr gut, Service sehr aufmerksam,m, Atmosphäre leidet unter der teilweise lauten Hotelhalle und dem nicht mehr so schönen Blick, da Dom und Brücke weniger hell angestrahlt werden.
