Formerly known as Trattu, this cozy little restaurant provides the lighter cuisine of Northern Italy, which is known for its unique flavor. The extensive menu changes every fall, winter and summer. Seating 60 in the main dining room, Giovanni's Trattu is candlelight at night and it entertains guests with friendly style of service, providing classic Italian music. Had dinner with family while visiting the DC area. The restaurant was perfect from the decor, the seats, the food, the servers. Patricia was amazing and I loved her little soft humming as she went along her way making guests feel welcome. The food was 10+. Highly recommend.

One waitress for entire, filled restaurant. We had 6-person table. Four meals served. Other two not served. We waited for our guests. Four cold meals when other two meals finally served. Waste of money.
