Giovanni Ristorante & Bar Italiano
Our family arrived in America from Carini, Sicily and Pr. Avellino, Naples, Italy over forty years ago. They were in search of a better life for themselves and for future generations. Deep rooted in our family traditions are a welcoming nature, delicious food and a strong family structure. These are the traditions that we based the foundation of our restaurant upon. Giovanni’s opened in 1999 and our family’s passion for food and love of Italy keeps us dedicated to serving the freshest and most authentic Italian cuisine in all of Naples.

Giovanni's is our go-to Italian restaurant. The food and service are always top notch, although our service was a little too slow this time. Overall, a great restaurant.
Always good food and service we can count on a good food regularly. Andy is a great waiter and we look forward to working with him.
Great food- great service
Great value tasty food for local joint!
Met one of my friends for lunch at Giovanni‘s. I normally eat there for dinner but they have a great lunch menu and the food quality is just as great as dinner.
This is my neighborhood go to restaurant!
Another great evening at Giovanni’s my neighborhood jam. Lucas is always my favorite server and we both dined on the eggplant rollatte which is always fabulous. A great bottle of wine at half off before seven and the best garlic rolls and capris he salad to start.
The owners manager and wait staff are among the best and if you haven’t been there give yourself a treat and try it
Everything was good except for the noise level. Pretty noisy when you are trying to have a conversation with your other guests.
Went with friends. One had a birthday. She received a piece of delicious cake. thank you
Our first visit. Great choice of food, half priced bottle of great wine. Quiet and super service. We will certainly return.
We have dined here often over the past 20 years. Our 2 meals this visit, Veal Saltimbocca and Veal Stragioni, were not only the best Giovanni’s has ever presented to us, but probably the best Italian meals we have ever been served, anywhere. Our very attentive and helpful server, Danial, told us he believed Giovanni routinely does the best veal in all of Naples, and that our meals were especially fantastic because it was off-season, a relatively slow night and the kitchen could take special care. Dan also recommended a wonderful Cabernet ($25). This was a fantastic experience and we will return often, at least during our “off”, Better season!
Our server Kelly was excellent
Brought two new customers your way and they loved it!
Giovanni's is our go to Italian Restaurant. The food and service are always reliable, and we have a leisurely dinner or be out in an hour.
Reliably good, always good service, certain entrees very good, nice happy hour specials, especially on wine.
Everything in the restaurant was perfect including the service by Lucas and the fabulous food. I enjoyed the special which was Branzino with sautéed spinach cooked to perfection and my mother enjoyed the Grouper Livornese which was equally as impressive
No surprise here since I’ve been visiting this restaurant for almost 10 years and have never been disappointed
Consistently very good food served in a timely manor. Andy is a great server
Always a wonderful meal with fantastic service
Lucas was very attentive making sure we were very happy. We were sold when we heard that you were offering half price bottles of wine. Our portions were huge and excellently prepared.
Very good Italian food!!! But I feet that it is TOO dark inside—open the shades slightly, let in some natural light! Buon appetito!
We love this restaurant
Perfect restaurant if you're looking for great food and service, whether dine in, take out , family occasions or date night, they have it all.
Giovanni’s is our neighborhood “kitchen.” The food is good and the team there always does their best to make sure we feel welcomed and our business is appreciated.
Authentic Italian cuisine. Knowledgeable wait staff. Best eggplant parm in Collier County!
Great neighborhood restaurant with good food and great service.
All four entrees were awful. Dinner fish special was so salty couldnt even taste the fish. Filet was so overcooked it had no flavor. Veal piccata was overbreaded and the sauce was not even close to lemon or butter and the shrimp with capellini was flavorless...dipped the shrimp in the salty dinner special for some flavor. Should've gone to Olive Garden.
Love coming here. The pasta Bologna and pasta ala Vodka are my favorites. Happy to take guests here. Always enjoyable.
Unfortunately, I did not like this place at all. The soda was flat and the food was not fresh. I will not go again or recommend.
Great restaurant! Went for a family party and had a great time. Food and service were excellent! Love the happy hour at the bar - bartender Jared was awesome! The lamb chops appetizer was great as was the veal chop special. Highly recommend!
Waiter was funny, food was excellent.
Amazing Food with a great atmosphere, a bit busy most of the time but it’s understandable.
It’s an ok restaurant. Nothing memorable. Tomato sauce is rather runny, not hearty. The veal palm was ok, not even close to some other Italian restaurants in the area. The ‘bolognese’ was ground beef added into the tomato sauce. Very, very noisily. Tables are close together, restaurant voice will result in your dinner companions not participating in your conversation. Service was lackluster. As noted, it’s ok, but I have no reason to want to return.
Great authentic Italian food with an excellent staff that made our evening great...
We are new to Giovanni’s, but three visits in quick succession have made us fans. Food, for the most part, has been good to great. The linguine and clams were outstanding. The chicken Marsala ordinary. We like the half price wine list (until 6:30) and the white table cloths. Service has varied from great to a bit shaky with what we think was new staff. This is more than a spaghetti joint. The veal dishes delivered as did the grouper. This is very good food at reasonable prices. We’ll be back.
Great food and professional service. Visited two weeks in a row enjoyed each time
We had a fabulous waiter. He knew each of the menu items well. We welcomed his advice and had a fabulous dinner experience
Have eaten here in the past. The Italian food is absolutely excellent. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, our waitress was only okay. Friendly enough; however, not very helpful, nor willing to go the extra mile.
We love coming to this neighborhood Italian Bistro. The food is always very good and it is a handy location to order food for take out too. The interior is a bit dated and could be improved upon.
Enjoyed our meals. Love the bread but would have loved less garlic or just Italian bread
GREAT food.......Love that Scungilli.....................GREAT Service.................GREAT drinks..............
Looking forward to our next visit
We were a table of six and had an excellent waiter (Andy). Although it was a very busy night he took the time to explain the specials of the night, answer several questions about the regular menu items and followed up with us during dinner. The food was very good; in fact it was noted that all six of us had "cleaned our plates" which is unusual - everyone enjoyed their meal. I could have done without the melted cheese on top of my lobster ravioli. We found it very good food at a fairly reasonable price.
My chicken dish came with pasta but when I had asked she said it came with nothing. Found out later I couldn't have subbed veggies without a charge.
