Great Gospel experience, with a nice brunch. Also with the red rooster on top is a great combination. Don't miss it!

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant! The Choir was so uplifting, inspirational and just amazing, truly a fabulous experience that I will never forget! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff great. When I am back in NYC, I will definitely visit again and recommend this place to anyone that visits NYC. Thanks for an absolutely great day!

I visited Ginny’s for the Sunday Gospel brunch. The food was great, I could eat it every day, but even so, it must taken second place to the choir. Those young people were absolutely fabulous. What voices! Don’t miss it!

Family of 3 went on Easter Sunday for brunch and even at 11 am it was rocking hard busy but we had a seamless and fun time! Our 10 year old was treated to an Easter goodie bag. Service was on point and ready for the rush. The Harlem Chorus sang their hearts out with amazing talent and youthful energy. Food was buffet style: fried catfish, chicken and waffles, deviled eggs, bacon, you name it. Yum!

We were not informed when making our reservation that there was a $20 cover charge per person. The service was incredibly slow. We waited for 1 hour from ordering to receiving our appetizers.

Nice place to catch a live band and enjoy a good meal in a cozy jazz club style dining spot. While visiting they had two shows in the same night, so they do seem to move you quickly through your meal. Pick a different spot to hang out after dinner and the show.

Went for the live show, which was great! I ordered an appetizer and a soda, the appetizer crab cakes arrived cold and was an extremely small portion $29.00 including a tip is a bit much. I left after the performance and went across the street to have drinks and apps with friends the food was so much better and less expensive.

Music was lovely and the ambiance was fantastic. Hostess made a special effort to place us in a great location. Several menu items were sold out and two of the listed wines were not available. Wine situation was not told to us until several minutes after placing order. Tap water was warm. Manager did stop by after the meal and all of this was shared with him. He seemed nonplussed but did provide a free round of beverages

Highly overrated. I can’t eat spicy foods and the server was hard pressed to find something I could eat. One dish he said had frequent comments that it was too spicy. I couldn’t even taste my husbands mussels because of the spice. The woman at the table next to me wanted some cornbread that wasn’t drenched in butter and the server said, sorry that is how it comes. My dish, the meatball cottage pie was just weird and not in a good way.

Great venue, music and food, only let down by poor service, one error is fine, two no problem but we were let down on several levels and in the end only managed to be served starters. Drink orders were wrong every time and bill was not correct. Amazing place and would recommend, think we just were unlucky with our waitress
