   We came in on a busy night but found service to be accommodating but not particularly accurate. The restaurant had a very large party and several small tables that kept the staff moving. The lone sushi chef was struggling to keep up with the numerous orders but when food was sent out it was of good quality. Nothing here will have you writing home but it's a cut above the typical strip mall sushi joints and much better than the nearby competitors on Dixon Road. We didn't order anything from the kitchen and focused solely on the sushi on this visit.

   High quality Sushi in a relaxing ad nice setting. Fish was very high quality and very fresh.

   We had ordered o toro sushi and they switched to aburi toro without telling us. I think the fish wasn’t of as good quality and they sneakily changed it.

   Consistently the best Japanese restaurant and one of the best restaurants near Pearson International. Pride in freshness, creation and service are apparent with every dish. Experience it for yourself.

   We were celebrating our son's 46th birthday. On his recommendation we chose the Ginko restaurant. Close to our home and close to where he works so became a logical choice. Service was very good and the food choices for lunch were very adequate and flavourful. Overall a good choice and and easy place to recommend.

   Had dinner with my best friend to celebrate her birthday. Our server Alex was friendly and genuine. Food was delicious and portion was reasonable. Decor was old fashioned but seating was comfortable. We had a great time!

   An overall great experience. The service was wonderful. The food was great. The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Ginko’s.

   Noted to be founded 25 years ago and with a good reputation for Japanese food within the community, this quiet restaurant sits off of the lobby in the Delta Hotel on the Toronto Airport restaurant strip. The ambiance is quiet with central tables, booths and tatami rooms available for different experiences. The menu features a five course omakase dinner as well as a set dinner for more than six people, but also notes the need for 48-hour advanced notice. The izakaya appetizer dishes feature small tapas like plates of samplers - two orders of each were required for our party of six. The cooked entrees of salmon, beef and chicken were standard fare for most Japanese restaurants and were serviceable, but not outstanding. The sushi is the highlight with a variety of options as well as fresh cuts of tuna and salmon that provided melt-in-your-mouth sensation more seen at West Coast restaurants. Dessert featured a green tea ice cream parfait that featured a Frosted Flakes base which provided a unique blend of flavours. The serving staff was efficient and extremely pleasant. Overall, it was a pleasant night out with familiar foods made in classical Japanese fashion.
