This restaurant in the BOB no longer exists. Please fix this open table. We arrived at The BOB, to find out we did not have a dinner reservation. They seated us, but only had an appetizer menu available.

The BOB is closed. All the restaurants in this building no longer exist here. Wanted to give this “review” because these restaurants look as if they are still open according to Opentable. Please be aware they are not.

The ambiance was great - nice setting, sports on the tvs, and just what you would expect for a casual BBQ type of joint. The food was just okay, but it had the ability to be great. If it had been seasoned well and some care given to the ingredients, it would have been an excellent dinner. Our service was just okay, but given the staffing shortages right now, I'm giving that a pass.

Reserved a table an hour before a concert in 20 Monroe. When our time came, there was no table as other concert goers who came earlier decided to park it for long past their duration. Anyway, staff got us seated in Judson's but we got the Gilly's menu. Very nice that they did this. The fish and chips were a little different...hard to describe but it was a filet that was sliced several times in the middle; breaded and fried. The chips were baked fingerling potatoes. I'd give it a 6/10. The steamed bun appetizer was very good...and filling. In the past, you used to be able to enter 20 Monroe from the 2nd floor of the BOB. Apparently they don't allow that anymore...nor are the doors open after the concert. Very disappointed in this. The general entrance outside 20 Monroe is extremely long and it was a perk to eat in the BOB. Now that perk is gone so I guess any restaraunt will do.

We waited for over an hour for our appetizer and had to leave because we had concert tickets. Never got our entrees and the manager acted like he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the food we never received. Offered to have them put it in the fridge for us to pick up after the concert. Never offered to comp our sodas or the appetizer. Other people had to leave without food too. A mess!!

My wife and I went to Gilly's on a date before catching a comedy show upstairs. The environment was relaxed and all of the food was delicious. We definitely plan to return.

Great food. Barbecue type of cuisine and the meet sampler was awesome. My only compliant it took our server some time to get to us. But it was a bit busy during our dinner time. This didn’t bother us, but others may need to be understanding of this as we all get back in the flow of things

I'm not sure if this review should be for Gilly's or open table. We had a reservation for 2/5/21 at 6pm. It was a 21st bday Celebration. It had been confirmed in open table and we received text reminders regarding our reservation. We arrived in a snow storm. The doors were locked. It wasn't even open! No one answered when we called. Ruined our bday celebration.

I had the SmokeHouse sampler platter. the chicken didn't taste smoked at all my wife can do better in a crock pot. More than half the brisket was fat and unedible. The pork was decent. The coleslaw for a smokehouse was terrible, no flavor bland. My wife's chicken was delicious but the macaroni left something to be desired, not much flavor.

For a place that claims to be a “Smokehouse” there sure isn’t very much on the menu that would qualify as BBQ. The burger was mediocre and definitely not worth $14 and the smoked meat sampler was so overcooked, flavorless and dry, I could barely eat anything except the Texas toast. Will definitely not be returning to this section of the BOB. The service was great. The food was just expensive and not very tasty.

Apps - cheese fondue and wings. Cheese was luke warm at best with something of a pudding skin formation on top. Wings seemed cooked and burned on a way to hot flame. Neither had any real flavor. Dinner was also luke warm. None of our party was happy with their meals. Flavor was meh. Wouldn’t return.

With it being our first time going, we wanted to keep an open mind. However, our server didn't seem very welcoming, and when my fiancee had a question about the spiciness level of the special sauce on the burger, the server said it was nothing to worry about. Fast forward to dessert, they don't put the price of the cheesecake of the day on the menu, and when we ordered a slice, it was $10 for one slice and we didn't realize it until we got the bill. Our server did not notify us of the price either. Our appetizer came with our food instead of before our food, our food was lukewarm, and our server seemed a bit impatient. I don't think we will be coming back. We love BBQ which is why we tried it, but we will go elsewhere.

Service was very good but the food was not impressive at all. My daughter ordered a drink and it was undrinkable. She had the same drink at the bar upstairs and it was great. Was so looking forward to enjoy a birthday dinner at Gilly’s and ended up very disappointed. Love the B.O.B however. Always have been thrilled to go there. We’ll certainly go again, just not to Gilly’s.

We went to Gilly's right before a show at 20 Monroe. Our waiter was extremely nice. He forgot to give us sauce for the meat , but as soon as I asked he was right on it. We were sat right away and the we ate and got to the show right on time. The food was delicious!

While it was busy with holiday parties and loud, it was pleasant and our server was on top of things. I had o wait for my table and our food exceeded expectations. I also really appreciated the attention to detail given to the food allergies at the table... especially on a busy night! Gilly's is a family favourite and this visit reminded us why.

Oysters were delicious as was the rest of the meal. Everyone was friendly and the place has plenty to do after the meal was over. We went to the bar for a bit and listened to live music followed by a comedy show, which was really good. We had a great time at Gilly's and at The Bob!

The service was extremely slow, even after we told our waitress we had a show that evening - which we were late for. It took us 40 minutes to receive our mediocre meals. My fish was overcooked. The atmosphere was nice. It was a little loud, but tolerable. I did not feel that we received good value for the price we paid.

Nice to have a reservation at Gilly's on a busy evening after a concert. Food was OK, not exceptional, except for the smoked chicken which my husband loved. Service was not very good but our waitress sure tried. She was very busy. So, OK for convenience, but food and service on the night we went was average, through no fault of the staff who tried really hard. They were just under staffed.

My ‘buffalo cauliflower’ had no buffalo. And my burger was undercooked. My boyfriend got the beer cheese and pretzels. And he got 3 pretzel bites with his cheese. Really underwhelming.

Good BBQ flavors and some more unusual sides. It was a little loud, as the location is next two a live music venue. The server was wonderful and the beer cheese thing was great. I particularly liked the Caribbean BBQ flavor. Portions were large and filling.
