Our meal was excellent, service was great. The food was hot and kept fresh. The buffet was clean and very appealing. We certainly got our fill of seafood. The prime rib was very tender. We are planning to bring a group next weekend. I highly recommend it.
My cousin's 86th Birthday. Was a surprise. Got together with a couple of friends. She, as the rest of us, enjoyed it it immensely. The food was great and our server was very friendly and helpful. Met and chatted with the chef, who also, was very pleasant.
Will be back to visit very soon.
We went on Easter Sunday and the tables were jammed together so it was hard to maneuver to get to the buffet and people were squeezing by our table to either get to or from the buffet. The food was just okay and nothing great. We will not be going back anytime soon.
Ate here Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter this year. Was great each time. Food is of very good quality.
Buffet was good, but rather basic. Serving staff were very attentive.
The Mimosas were awful. The food was very good. The asparagus was awesome.
Very disappointed with the food. Salad bar had iceberg lettuce, canned chick peas, canned green bean salad, etc. I expected fresher selections.
Every thing was great.. The only thing I did't like is that the price was $31.00 now $38.00.
Our reservation was at 5 which was their opening time. Some of the food that should have been hot, was at room temperature. Hopefully that’s not the norm.
It started with a rude manager and continued downhill from there. If you like bloody raw prime rib, then this is the place for you. It was a complete waste of money. Plenty of other places to eat in the area that doesn't cost $80 for 2.
I spent my 16th wedding anniversary at GiGi's eating crab legs and it was the best. Yet, the prime rib was a little rare for my taste.
Love this place great food and great people good location
We love the seafood buffet and selection. So much to choose from and you cannot beat the price. Definitely recommend if you love crab legs.
Food is incredible service is amazing! Worth the money. Will be coming back for sure
Our family went for Christmas Day Dinner. Staff were wonderful, but food selection was poor, and some food was cold. You could tell it had been in the warming trays for some time. For $39 per adult, it was definitely NOT worth it! We will be looking elsewhere next year.
excellence service, friendly service and great food.
We dined here last year and it was a better experience and the food itself was better. This year we decided to return but it was a disappointment at best. The service and servers were very good and pleasant. It went downhill from there. The food selection was acceptable but often cold. Some items were missing and others were OK, nothing great but acceptable. We were in a room that evidently was set up for an "overflow" of the main room. Last year we were in the main room. The food was at times, cold, overcooked and the presentation itself was not up to Ramada standards. Actually, Golden Corral would have at least had hot food available and that may be our option in the future. We had always associated Ramada with an upscale experience. This was not.
We went on Christmas Day for the special buffet...and what a fine selection was available for each of us. We were not rushed and the service was very good. Had a wonderful experience! A bit pricey at $32.95 pp; however, the food was very, very good. Go and enjoy!!!
Excellent in every way. Overall, a wonderful Thanksgiving. We will definitely consider this again next year.
Excellent as always for any occasion. The staff are always kind and smiling.
Clean and good food. Staff was very friendly and service was great. The crab legs were awesome!
The dining room furniture is outdated, the cost of the food was overpriced, cold food sitting in buffet pans under heat lamps.
Frozen food heated up for $40.00.
The best was arriving early and being sat quickly.
Wish there were more food options. Reading the menus the offerings sounded great, looking at the food, was not at all appetizing.
The menu said pan seared Salmon, The only reason we picked the place. The one thing they didn’t have, pan seared Salmon.
Birthday dinner was amazing
Great food, great service .Crab legs were outstanding, best salad bar that I have seen.
Food options are good. The service is always great.
The service was fast and friendly. The buffet was mediocre for the price. There are plenty of other venues that serve the same for much cheaper .
Great atmosphere and delicious food! We referred by a friend and it was worth trying it out.
I really enjoyed my meal here. The all you can eat crab legs with garlic butter was phenomenal! I also enjoyed the sweetest strawberries and the best cheeses. The atmosphere was delightful and the service was prompt and great! I will be returning soon.
Empty at 1 pm on Sunday, few choices on their "brunch" buffet. We were VERY disappointed after reading so many good reviews about this place.
We won't go back unless someone drags us.
The food was for the most part good. For what you pay for this buffet, you'd think they would have a more varied selection.
OMG all u can eat Crab and prime rib Bar was so awesome and freaking good thought they was going to half to roll me out in a wheel barrel this is a must everything was tasty and hot Crab legs stayed coming was very pleased . the service and staff are amazing . I would like to thank the GM manager jarmei for his outstanding service I will be back
The chicken was over cooked, the ribs were good if you could find the ones not over cooked. Over all it was a disappointing Father's Day brunch. We have had brunch their before and it was tasty but not this time. We will not be back.
One of my regular stops and picked Gigi's for Father's Day dinner because we had several people with differing food tastes. Gigi's did not disappoint. I will say that if you are not a crab lover, don't go on a night they have crab. At $48 per person, it was a little pricy, but the selection and quality was great. Good food, good service, consistently have a good experience there.
Very nice and very friendly waitress and great food.
Not worth the price. Prime rib not good and really slow service.
The food was fresh except the coconut cake, it was a little stale. Overall it was a great experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday Brunch at GiGi's. The selection of food (both breakfast and lunch items) was very good.
Crab legs were overlooked and the food was just ok. Not worth the price
The crab legs were awesome! The seasoning was just right because I don't care for spice. I know the price went up after May 31st (my birthday was actually on the 30th), but I was fixated on having crab legs, so I was not disappointed at all!!!. Our server was cordial and very helpful as well. This was our first time and we appreciated being able to do the "Open Table" reservations and not having to wait for a table. The only suggestion is to have a broiled fish option on the menu and the bar that is not stuffed with crab. My husband is allergic to shellfish, but can eat fish like salmon or cod. Even so...was a very pleasant experience!!!
The food was mediocore and did not meet my expectations. My booth seat was low and I was not level to the table. The server would ask to refill the drinks and never brought them. The waiter tried to push the free mimosas on us and we did not want them. They ran out of desserts and none of the food was labeled. There was a questionable looking casserole and the breakfast food did not have variety. Very disappointed and left hungry.
