   The staff is the best part of this place. They are so considerate and accommodating to every table. The food was really good. The oysters did not look good though. Overall I thought it was a good buffet. I’d go again.

   Was the worst meal my husband and I had to endure in FL. The food was tasteless! So glad we didn't opt for the $69/pp to add the crab clusters. As it stood we paid $100 for a meal that neither one of us could eat. They should be ashamed of themselves serving that food to the public.

   The brunch buffet was very good with a number of different plates and flavors that made it a true brunch. The omelet station was a bit slow. We were there at the start of the brunch so it was not as prepared as it might have been later. There could be more dessert options added like a good bread pudding or cobbler as I have seen at other brunches. The servers were very attentive clearing plates quickly so another trip could be made without the previous plate being in the way. They were also very friendly asking us how we were enjoying our brunch. We had 10 guests at our table and all will no doubt return for another brunch someday. If you like a good casual brunch I would recommend GiGi's.

   My fiance and I took my daughter and her boyfriend here for the Christmas buffet and it was quite disappointing. We made a reservation online and said how many we had coming but when we got there we had to wait at least 15 minutes after getting our food to get our drinks because they had no glasses clean. The soda machine was broken, So we could only get sweet tea or water. The turkey and the prime rib were decent and the stuffing was alright... but everything else was simply awful. The mashed potatoes were runny, the macaroni and cheese was tasteless and very mushy, the vegetables had been steamed for what appeared to be hours and looked pale and mushy, the dinner rolls were hard like hockey pucks. They had some pretty good coconut shrimp when we got there and were able to get a few, but when we went to get more, they had ran out and replaced it with terrible frozen popcorn shrimp. The only dessert options were sweet potato or pumpkin pie and it was the most terible tasting pumpkin pie I've ever had. For the price of $50 a person plus drinks and tip, this was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

    We ate there for Thanksgiving and everything was fantastic! Christmas however was not so great. Upon arrival, the hostess was very slow in seating tables. It appeared as though she was a manager doing hostess duties in addition to managerial tasks. Upon getting seated, no clean plates available. Waited nearly 10 mins for clean plates to come out then went to serve. The food that was available appeared to have been sitting out for quite a while. The meats were dry and the prime rib was overcooked. Lots of items completely out and it didn't appear that things were getting replenished quickly. It appeared as though they were short staffed. There was only one person cleaning tables and our server seemed to be overwhelmed. After dinner, wee had to be ask her numerous times for the check not only by us but by several tables before she actually brought it. I think for nearly $135.00 with tip, we definitely did not receive our monies worth. Maybe they had staff call in or just not show up, I don't know but this was completely opposite of our experience just a month earlier.

    The food was okay but I didn't feel it was worth the price. The waiter was terrific and very friendly and helpful. The buffet was also a little messy and some things needed to be refilled.

    Well I didn’t want to write a negative review because it was a holiday and the staff was trying really hard. Butt he food was AWFUL. I could t believe that I paid over $100 for 2 people to eat that Buffett. The one thing that tasted decent was the roast beef but it was cold, barely even room temperature. Even the sad was bad. It could have been because this was a holiday menu but I don’t think I will ever try eating there again.

    For the Christmas Buffet we had a large selection of entrees. Everything I tried was delicious. Nice fruit bowl which I substituted as dessert. Excellent service. I will definitely return for their Sunday brunch.

    This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. However, in recent years, the price for the crab leg buffet has skyrocketed. Nonetheless, the food for the Thanksgiving menu was bland and tasteless. A new chef is definitely needed for that buffet.

    Went for Sunday morning brunch that is buffett style with a group of 20 folks. The waitress could not get our checks correct. I finally paid $11 more for sweet tea just so I could leave. My colleagues stayed and insisted the waitress correct their checks.

    First of all, you told me on Open Table that it would cost $16. It was $20 for the food plus they charged us for drinks. Even tea and coffee were $3 each. So that was a $7 surprise. A bunch of people from church joined us and they threw on a 20% gratuity on top of that and didn't give people the itemized receipts, so some of them tipped on top of that. That's just unscrupulous. The food was okay, but there wasn't much variety for a "famous seafood brunch". Salmon and Shrimp were the only seafood offerings. Eggs but no pancakes. Peanut butter but no cream cheese. Bacon but no sausage. The people were nice, but the communication between the restaurant and the hotel is terrible. I called a month in advance to let them know we were coming and even followed up a week and a day ahead of time and I was always told, "no problem". It was a problem. There were not enough people on duty and they weren't expecting us. I really hope they can get it together and soon. When you pay $30 a person for brunch, you expect a little more.

    I only go to GiGi’s for the seafood buffet. I love the way it’s layer out and I feel it’s clean and safe to eat at this buffet. I go for the crab legs, mussels, and oysters. Their prime rib is also very good as is the choices at the salad bar. The servers keep your glass full and promptly picks up your empty plates. There’s plenty of parking and the overall building and bathrooms are very clean.

    Most disappointing meal my husband and I had in a long time. Paid almost $40 per person. It was our anniversary and we had mediocre food. Cafeteria style! Their advertised menu had many items not available (chicken cordon bleu, raw oysters, rice pilaf, Deviled Crab or Scallop St. Jacques', green beans, clam chowder). The NY strip was so well done, it was rubbery. The soup they did have was ice cold. The crawfish were overcooked and disintegrated when we tried to pull them out of the shells. There was a dog in the restaurant that was not a service dog. We don't mind service dogs at all but this one was definitely not. We would've given 0 stars but the service was actually good.     There appeared to be only one waiter for a lot of people, and his English was very poor, hard to understand. We were charged an additional 40 dollars because my partner took one snow crab leg from the buffet. I felt that this was a rip-off because we did not know the pricing there. A lot of people there causing back-ups for the serving lines. Would never go back there or advise anyone else to go there.

    It was the WORST seafood and crab legs we’ve ever had. The seafood like mussels and clams weren’t on the buffet, the meat looked like an old overcooked pot roast, the crab legs were terrible. They were dry and overcooked. $70 is not worth it at ALL!!! We’ve been customers of GiGi’s for over 15 years, and we don’t know if we will go back.

    It’s all you can eat crab legs or all the seafood you can eat. We saw some tables that had both meals sitting at the same table. But we were not allowed. Thought we were going to steal. Really. Then you can’t even split a check. That is ridiculous. Our first time and definitely our last time. We felt so embarrassed. This place is a joke.

    Food variety was very poor. The number of items offered on the buffet was minimal. The quality of the food was well below average. The buffet was extremely overpriced. To top it off, 20% "service charge" was added on our check, and a "tip" blank was included. There were only six in our party. We questioned the 20% and were told there was no way to change it!     Waitress tried to accuse us of stealing because they were taking forever to cash us out so we went out to smoke a cigarette because our show was about to start and she was standing in the parking lot accusing me of trying to leave without paying and she had already giving my credit card back. Horrible and so embarrassing.
