Belle is a unique 12-seat a la carte chef’s table in Central Harlem. Our space is not suitable for children. Reservations only accepted for guests aged 16 years and up. We appreciate your commitment when reserving one or more of our 12 seats. Guests who do not cancel by 5pm two days before their reservation are subject to a per person charge of $75. Bookings will not be honored for parties who arrive more than 15 minutes past the reserved time and will be subject to the cancellation policy. We kindly request that you limit your time with us to 90 minutes from your reservation time and purchase a minimum of two small plates or one large plate per person. We do not accommodate special dietary requests. Chef Darryl and his team will offer an evolving menu in an intimate space with menus based on ingredients sourced locally and, season permitting, from our rooftop garden.

Lucciola, located down the street from Central Park, where the most fireflies can be found in the city: an homage to Bologna, its cuisine, its cinematic history...a city of dreams brought to life here in New York City.
The dishes, the atmosphere and the overall concept of Lucciola, was specifically inspired from the film Fest di Laurea, directed by Pupi Avati. We portray Avati's nostalgic and romantic mood of Bologna in our restaurant. From the decoration within the film, we were struck by how simple lights, illuminating a courtyard reminded us of fireflies, which brought to our name, Lucciola.
Our restaurant is dedicated to the lead actor in Avati's film: Nik Novecento, who embodied the values of Bologna from his passion, soul, courageousness and kindness.
