We were in town for the Rosemont Jewelry show, staying at the Embassy Suites. Although we had asked to sit in the bar, it was packed so was seated in the main dining & so glad we were. Ugo Grassano was our server. With 18 yrs experience with Gibson, he is awesome! - Friendly, attentive (without hovering), so nice!! Since we drove almost 4 hours and it was after 8:30, he understood we were hungry. We love Gibson's and have witnessed the beautiful tray of meat cuts, but we knew exactly what we wanted - the "to die for" filet so Ugo was prompt in serving us. We can't say enough about how wonderful he was. Although we would've loved the huge (also to die for) carrot cake, with hubby on weight watcher's we had to decline dessert. But highy recommend Gibson's and Ugo hands down! Thanks! - Lydia & Jim

Our service was absolutely incredible however the steak and lobster was ok? Filet was cold in the middle and lobster had hardly any flavor? Expensive for what you get but again the service was top notch. Front door girl was awesome, our server Alberto was awesome!!

Favorite steakhouse of all time. I have been there probably 4-5 tines. Once every couple of years usually for a special occasion. Had a Filet and King crab legs. Great service and we did not take home any leftovers.

very unhappy, supposed to be 10oz filet mignon. 5 ozs at the most and asked for medium rare, definitely overdone. Not the best meal for sure

Never disappointed at Gibson's Rosemont. Food is always excellent and although sides are huge, staff always suggests splitting and we do. Last visit was on April 13 and our waiter Rick was very kind and attentive. Can't wait to go back again.

We were stuck in the back corner even thought the entire restaurant was open. The server didn’t ask if I wanted another glass of wine when he took my glass away. I was there celebrating my new job and I left never wanting to go back.

We shared a wedge salad. The filet was tender & tasteful. I felt $13.25 was overpriced for a Bailey's & coffee.

Gibson's is always wonderful and we love to meet there for lunch. It would be lovely for dinner, too. The service is perfect.

Grea meal and service, however 6 guests in a booth. Didn’t expect I would have to request a table for a party of 5+.

Sandy was our waitress and she was very attentive and engaging. The food was terrific and Sandy gave us options about ordering 1/2 orders for some of the shared plates, which were perfect portions for us. We intend to make Gibson's a definite destination for dinner when we are in the area.

Wonderful all around. Our server was phenomenal and was very accommodating in getting us in and out due to our time constraint.

We had a lovely dinner at Gibson’s Steakhouse in Rosemont, IL for my Father’s 66th Birthday. The ladies at the table ordered the Alaskan King Crab Legs. The Crab Legs were absolutely worth the money...so delicious! Our server was a little ‘tired’, as he didn’t visit the table often. We actually asked other staff members for help a few times, and they were more than willing to accommodate. All in all, Gibson’s did not disappoint!

Food was outstanding, our server was good but not very friendly for lack of a better word. Tables were crammed so close together that it was hard to sit comfortably, also increasing volume level.

The food was delicious 😋‼️ But I prefer not sitting right next to the kitchen‼️

10 yr anniversary

Service and food were superb. Really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and convenient location next to conventional center and hotels.

Service was excellent, food was great. The Manager worked the room and went up to every table. This is how a restaurant should be run!

It's always a treat to dine at GIbsons, and this visit was no exception. I was joined by two friends from out of town, and we all really enjoyed our lunch. One word of caution, though: huge portions! I had three filet sliders, which were excellent, and one friend had the half-chicken, which looked more like a whole chicken. The rest of it went home with us. Overall, a very nice time, although we did have to flag down someone to get our waiter to give us our check.

The best Filet there is, hands down, service was excellent as well as the atmosphere!!
