Fabulous dining experience!!
Between cost and benefits and expectations, just little higher it’s just like tourist place the I would never go again.
Amazing experience - Everything was fantastic - Highly Recommend
It was great and beautiful
An experience that you have to witness at least once in your lifetime
Great service and not bad pricing , the place is very nice looking with great food.
I confirmed my reservation hours before going, but when I got there the hostess acted like she couldn’t find my reservation, asking if I had put it under a different name. Then when I told her I confirmed earlier, she somehow found my name. She put us in the back which is a small room off of the pool with about four tables. I noticed that everyone brought here had normal, nice clothing, but nothing overly expensive like designer. Our waiter brought us our food only after having ordered five minutes prior (seriously) and the food was not even hot. We had to ask for our bill because he never coming back after our dessert was brought to us (which was the best part of our experience). We were in and out of that place in less than a hour. Totally overrated and you are treated based on appearance. Don’t recommend.
We love the Mansion. The history and ambiance are why we make it every trip. This time I had the pleasure of taking my 2 teenage daughters for lunch. I wish they could have gotten a tour .
Anyway, lunch was nice and the pictures were amazing. My younger had a burger (who goes to the Versace Mansion for a burger , lol) and my oldest had the Salmon, they were both pleased and look forward to returning for her 13th birthday in May.
The service is always impeccable ❤️
Great! Loved it. Great service, tasty albeit smaller dishes, and amazing atmosphere
Food was eh
Good food.
The service isn’t good. I had a reservation for 9:00pm and they give me a table at 9:45. Even though I have a reservation, I had to wait in the restaurant because they were people in there and they didn’t have reservations. So don’t reserve, is better to walk in because you have to wait the same time.
The front ladies bad service
Great service , great food , beautiful atmosphere!!!!
Horrible service. We had reservation for 8pm and they had us waiting for more than 1 hour without any explanation. When I asked how much longer we have to wait, the host was super unprofessional and said at least 30 more min. Why are you even taking reservations????? We left the restaurant in the end because we figured that the food will take same or more time since the organization there is very poor. Very bad experience and i do not suggest anyone to go there to spend money and be treated so bad and waist your time. Made our special occasion a bad memory. I would fire the manager 100%
I made a reservations months ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We waited 1 hour before being seated. Totally unacceptable. Besides that, we had a great time. I just wish there was a better organization as the logistics were a mess. Having a reservation was meaningless. It was practically like waiting to be seated at an Outback.
Amazing food, service, ambiance and overall experience!
Very nice and elegant ambience. Super!
Poor service compared with ambience and price. Our wines have arrived after the apetizers. The order was misunderstood and the wait to have the right order was very long.
The place was beautiful and that’s pretty much what you are paying for. The drinks we way overpriced and small. The food was horrible
We ordered the lobster spaghetti and arugula salad and asparagus
The lobster was over cooked and dry and barely any meat at all, the pasta was bland and seem like it had canned diced tomatoes thrown in to it had to ask for salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese just to make it edible, the asparagus was boring and no seasoning on it whatsoever ever. The salad was tiny and unimpressive. The food was a total waste of money.
Expensive food but not great food nice place to visit
Fancy exerience, instagrammable but food isn’t worth recommending.
The experience was mostly positive, but a bit uneven. The atmosphere of the mansion was an eclectic Mediterranean venue, very beautiful. The salmon was tasty, but the broccoli rabe set my mouth on fire. The waitress at first wanted me to pay for a replacement, but then said she would send over replacement veggies gratis. 20 minutes later she checked to make sure it's received the veggies, but they had been sent to the wrong table. Although the waitress didn't tell me, the busboy told me that 2 other people had the same problem with the veggies having chili flakes.
Food was great service was horrible! It’s a beautiful place. Unfortunately there is no incentive for good service with automatic gratuity.
Great visual experience and loved being at Versace mansion. Drinks were tasty and food filled the stomach. Would come back for the vibes.
Our visit was wonder as usual. We enjoyed the ambiance and the food. I was happy with the visit.
One of the best meals we had in Miami! Gave us each a glass of Champagne to help celebrate our honeymoon!
La comida y la atención estuvo súper bien, la mansión VERSACE está súper bella
Our waiter Martine was awesome. He made the experience. Our table by the pool was incredible.
Worst service I've ever received from any establishment I've been to. Didn't get sat until TWO HOURS after my reservation time. I requested a table by the pool and the hostess kept saying that is the reason why our table is taking so long. They sat at least 5 tables before us who had even later reservation times than we did... and by the time we got sat, we were NOWHERE NEAR THE POOL. I couldnt even SEE the pool from where we finally got sat. There was a table that got sat after us, and got their food and finished their entire meal before we even got served our dinner. Manager was dismissive to all our complaints and even kicked us out right at midnight due to curfew with no apology or even the slight bit of empathy. Food was great, but due to the lack of ownership for their poor servivce and gross disregard for our concerns, I will never return, EVER. Don't waste your time at this completely OVERHYPED disaster of a restaurant.
Fabulous atmosphere. Historic venue. Phenomenal food.
The ambience is the best part of the mansion. William was our waiter and he was outstanding!! He was knowledgeable of the menu and even gave of tidbits about the history of mansion. The restaurant is beautiful and we enjoyed our time. If you can, try to book by the fountain!
Really beautiful place to dine. Recommend for people that like to go that extra step to try new things for the experience
We loved everything. We want to go inside of the Mansion for many years. That was the main reason to do reservation for the lunch. But we are very happy with a good and outstanding service and hospitality Looking forward to go again .
As wonderful as I had anticipated! My daughter and I have wanted dine here for a long time and we finally were able to. Food, ambiance, and service was wonderful!
Excellent restaurant, amazing experience. Highly recommend. Luis did an incredible job.
Birthday’s. Just great ambience stupendous food and presentation Service was impeccable
My birthday dinner was amazing! Sanford our waiter was awesome!!! The lobster spaghetti was next level great
Beautiful place, quick service, but very overpriced
My girlfriend and I enjoy it our time here. The experience for the both of us was a night to remember. Not only was it her birthday but it was an opportunity for us to sit down and talk about future plans. Will recommend friends and family to come here. And love to spend the night in one of the rooms here as well.
It was okay. Not impressed.
The good part of the experience was the ambiance. I mean, it’s the Versace Mansion. For such an outstanding venue which is what really attracts the guests, I was hoping for the rest of the experience to be up to par, but unfortunately I was disappointed.
Food was okay. Overpriced is an understatement. We went for lunch so it wasn’t so bad price wise, but the microscopic portion sizes were the reason for that. $6 for a mini bottle of Diet Coke, no refills obviously. Appetizers were done in a matter of 3 forkfulls.
I understand having integrity and class as a restaurant, but you should also cater to the guest’s desires as well. It was made clear there are no modifications to the menu-fine. But I have never been to a restaurant that does not have neither cocktail sauce OR horseradish for oysters. Really? Tuna tartare was basically just diced avocado and tuna. Filet mignon was mediocre, not even close to great. Kobe carpaccio- also mediocre.
Service- Meh. Could tell server was an inexperienced newbie. Which is fine considering I was once an inexperienced server myself, but maybe a “fine dining” restaurant in Miami Beach is not the setting for him just yet. Especially, when a 20% gratuity is automatically added to the check, which I am vehemently against for principle purposes. I would have given the 20% either way because of my prior years in the biz, but my experience is that this lets places in Miami Beach get away with bad service for guaranteed tips. If a tip is automatically added to the check due to tourists not being familiar with the tip system, 18% would do just fine. The check does prompt you to leave an additional tip if you would like to.
I would say go for the ambiance, not the food or service. Lunch is for sure better to take in the scenery and to not get ripped off.
It was great
We were seated immediately, even though we arrived a couple of minutes late. The place is beautiful and the food is great tasting. I ordered the lobster spaghetti and the 24k gold drink. We had two people helping our table, both of who were very funny and polite. I truly enjoyed my first visit here and hope to return again in the future. Thank you.
