   Visiting The Villa Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion) was an unforgettable experience. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with every detail—from the mosaic tiles to the opulent decor—telling a story of elegance and history. We dined at Gianni’s and were blown away by both the ambiance and the food; it felt like stepping into a glamorous world of the past. The staff was attentive and made us feel truly special throughout the evening. A special mention to Serghio, who was the cherry on top—his outstanding service elevated the entire experience. Whether you’re stopping by for photos, drinks, or a full dinner, this place is a Miami Beach must-see! Tj e cherry on the case was Serghio who was outstanding.

   Service and staff were excellent, food was not good at all,had to send back two out of four plates.

   Ambience was Versace style, classy & vibrant, food was superb & the pre fixed lunch menu was outstanding not only in value but in portion size but more importantly quality/taste of food. Don't miss this while you are in Miami …..go for lunch !

   The ambience is incredible and makes for a special meal. I have been 3 times already. Unfortunately, the staff was UNDERWHELMING as always. Service staff treat diners with indifference, are not welcoming, and are not accomodating. It is really unfortunate as this is such an incredible setting. Perfect example is when I told waiter I want to take a quick break between appetizer and meal to go smoke a cigarette. Waiter told me twice its up to chef when meal is ready. After salad I stepped onto patio for a quick cigarette. Sure enough, waiter brought food IN MY ABSENCE and left on table to get cold. Food was actually very good, but staff DESPERATELY need training in presentation to clients in upscale dining. Also, I went to center lobby bar for a drink before meal, and there must have been 40 staff pass me by as I waited 10 minutes before somebody told me the bar was closed !!! I went to bar in small room, and was UNDERWHELMED by all staff I encountered there also. Gianni's CANNOT rely on ambience alone for dining experience.

   La experiencia es muy buena, la comida de muy buena calidad, el personal muy atento al servicio de la mesa. Me pedí un mojito y la verdad fue una decepción.

   I went to celebrate my birthday yesterday, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and all the plates we tried were amazing. Espectacular Cocktails: I had the passion fruit cocktail, and Alex, our server, gave us the best service. We have been in Miami for 20 years, and it’s my first time in Gianni’s. We will go back. 100% recommend

   Absolutely stunning views. And we had the best table in the house, depending on who you ask. We brought suppliers to this place and were seated right in front of the pool, an amazing experience. However, after some time soaking in the environment, EVERYONE kept posing and taking photos behind our table. This caused traffic, awkward waits w someone over your shoulder, etc. Overall, I’d likely do it again and simply know this is a tourist attraction. Suggest that you sit at a table with views of the pool, yet far enough away of the foot traffic and tourism. Food was solid and costs were actually cheaper than “Miami” prices. And it’s Versace!!!!

    Stunning venue. Attentive and friendly staff. Lovely manager who took my photos as I came alone🙏🏾. Great vibe and music. Excellent value for money. I’ll be back with friends
