   The service was appalling! Waited nearly an hour for the table, the drinks were so cheap but charged a fortune. It’s fully a tourist trap and really not worth it. Just visit the villa during the day if you really must see the building but don’t eat there.

   The table placement was excellent, contributing to a well-considered and welcoming layout. The ambiance was beautifully designed, creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. However, live music would have enhanced the overall experience. Additionally, when serving oysters, it is important to provide the appropriate utensils to ensure ease and elegance in dining. The quality of the bread could be improved, and more attention should be given to timely water service. That said, this is a truly unique and authentic venue. I’m genuinely pleased that it’s being utilized in a way that allows people to enjoy and appreciate its character.

   Food was overall an ok standard, go here for the experience rather than food, starters were a bit tasteless, soup had far too many lentils, bread was offered but dry extremely dry! Burrata was nice. Tomahawk was cooked to the correct temp but the potato puree was dry, roast potatoes were good. Expensive food at a an ok standard but I’m sure most people go to get the photos and aren’t too bothered about the food!

   My friends and I had the best lunch at Giannis ! The ambiance was amazing and the wait staff were great as well . The home made spaghetti was the best ! Fresh and I felt like I was in Italy . The fish my friends had was also Delicious . The price for the pre fixed menu was affordable but most importantly the food was delicious and well worth it . We had 2 specialty cocktails and those were yummy too ! Can’t wait to come back to Giannis next time we are in Miami

   This place is strictly to take photos. We were given 3 dirty utensils and glasses, the food was absolutely horrendous, and it took forever. All of the tables around us had similar thoughts and no one took more than 3 bites from a plate. If you remove the location I guarantee this restaurant would be closed in the next 3 months. Don’t go.

   This was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had while going out. We truly enjoyed the over all experience from start to finish and rate a 13 out of a 10! Accompanied with breath taking scenery and vintage vibes this is absolutely amazing! We will be back to share this with others! If you’re in the South Beach area and want to experience Next Level Professional Service then this has to be on your list of To Do’s! Best Wishes, Drew

   A very beautiful restaurant, though quite noisy and extremely busy. The staff seemed to struggle to keep up with the service. One particularly odd aspect was the presence of daybeds and men in swim trunks lounging by the pool, right in the middle of such an exquisite dining setting. It was not exactly an appetizing view. In my humble opinion, there really shouldn’t be half naked people in such a fine dining environment, it simply does not add to the ambiance.

    Overall a decent experience. We did have to wait nearly 40 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. And when we were seated it was in the side room even though we requested outdoor seating. Based on that it was not a great experience.
