   My friends and I had the best lunch at Giannis ! The ambiance was amazing and the wait staff were great as well . The home made spaghetti was the best ! Fresh and I felt like I was in Italy . The fish my friends had was also Delicious . The price for the pre fixed menu was affordable but most importantly the food was delicious and well worth it . We had 2 specialty cocktails and those were yummy too ! Can’t wait to come back to Giannis next time we are in Miami

   This place is strictly to take photos. We were given 3 dirty utensils and glasses, the food was absolutely horrendous, and it took forever. All of the tables around us had similar thoughts and no one took more than 3 bites from a plate. If you remove the location I guarantee this restaurant would be closed in the next 3 months. Don’t go.

   A very beautiful restaurant, though quite noisy and extremely busy. The staff seemed to struggle to keep up with the service. One particularly odd aspect was the presence of daybeds and men in swim trunks lounging by the pool, right in the middle of such an exquisite dining setting. It was not exactly an appetizing view. In my humble opinion, there really shouldn’t be half naked people in such a fine dining environment, it simply does not add to the ambiance.

   Overall a decent experience. We did have to wait nearly 40 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. And when we were seated it was in the side room even though we requested outdoor seating. Based on that it was not a great experience.

   ⸻ I had an absolutely lovely experience at the Versace Mansion. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was luxurious and welcoming. The service was impeccable—especially thanks to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail, particularly in accommodating my food allergies. Jonathan made sure I felt safe and cared for throughout the meal, and the staff was both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. The ambiance, the history, and the personalized service made it a truly memorable visit. Highly recommend!

   Very disappointing service. Server recommended the lobster pasta, 3 of us ordered it, it came out cold and no flavor, they requested a different dish and willing to pay the $60, the manager came to our table and was very aggressive and threatened to call the police. He was hostile and not accommodating. We expected better service, I have never had a manager yell at a table and refuse to change a dish. Do better. We came for a birthday and bachelorette would not recommend.

   Very nice venue, great to get to experience where Gianni Versace lived. Very energetic crowd, lots of photo ops within the grounds, food was good, value was what you would expect in the area, staff were friendly and attentive. Was a nice experience.
