   Visiting The Villa Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion) was an unforgettable experience. The architecture is absolutely stunning, with every detail—from the mosaic tiles to the opulent decor—telling a story of elegance and history. We dined at Gianni’s and were blown away by both the ambiance and the food; it felt like stepping into a glamorous world of the past. The staff was attentive and made us feel truly special throughout the evening. A special mention to Serghio, who was the cherry on top—his outstanding service elevated the entire experience. Whether you’re stopping by for photos, drinks, or a full dinner, this place is a Miami Beach must-see! Tj e cherry on the case was Serghio who was outstanding.

   Ambience was Versace style, classy & vibrant, food was superb & the pre fixed lunch menu was outstanding not only in value but in portion size but more importantly quality/taste of food. Don't miss this while you are in Miami …..go for lunch !

   La experiencia es muy buena, la comida de muy buena calidad, el personal muy atento al servicio de la mesa. Me pedí un mojito y la verdad fue una decepción.

   I went to celebrate my birthday yesterday, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and all the plates we tried were amazing. Espectacular Cocktails: I had the passion fruit cocktail, and Alex, our server, gave us the best service. We have been in Miami for 20 years, and it’s my first time in Gianni’s. We will go back. 100% recommend

   Absolutely stunning views. And we had the best table in the house, depending on who you ask. We brought suppliers to this place and were seated right in front of the pool, an amazing experience. However, after some time soaking in the environment, EVERYONE kept posing and taking photos behind our table. This caused traffic, awkward waits w someone over your shoulder, etc. Overall, I’d likely do it again and simply know this is a tourist attraction. Suggest that you sit at a table with views of the pool, yet far enough away of the foot traffic and tourism. Food was solid and costs were actually cheaper than “Miami” prices. And it’s Versace!!!!

   Posto molto bello, atmosfera suggestiva, piatti buoni. Devo però fare un appunto, abbiamo puntualizzato prima del servizio che uno di noi fosse celiaco e quindi aveva bisogno di attenzioni particolari. Abbiamo ordinato una board con salumi e formaggi e chiesto al server “possiamo mangiarlo tutti?ci confermi che è senza glutine?”. Il server ha risposto di sì quindi abbiamo ordinato un tagliere da dividere. Arriva il piatto e c’erano dei grissini e del pane sugli affettati, quindi ovviamente non ho potuto mangiarlo. Dopo averlo fatto presente, il cameriere ha risposto facendo finta di nulla. Mi dispiace ma con le allergie non si scherza.

    Outstanding ambience and building. People watching phenomenal. Food and drink was above average and expensive for the dish you got. The real value is the building and history.
