Ask Your Server About Our Risotto of the Day
I enjoy dine out a lot because I enjoy quality cuisine and remarkable service, with that being said, Gianni’s provides everything you could ever ask for which is why I dined here multiple times this holiday weekend. Although the cuisine was amazing in every aspect of the culinary arts, it was the service provided by Stanfford J Knight that kept me coming back for more. After the second time of me dining here, he knew my name, what I liked, and guided my dining experience. I was thoroughly impressed with his hospitality and I can see why Gianni’s hires him. Thank you for making my stay in Miami memorable!
I always try to only review something in a positive way or just not write one. But this was so bad I have to warn others about it. First the street where the mansion is located is closed off to traffic and apparently has been for months. The restaurant never notified us about that or where their valet was located. It is two blocks away. The host staff are the rudest people you will ever meet. It was raining out as it does daily during the summers in Miami. The place was a mess. We were seated in a small room that was an incubator for Covid-19. It was warm and packed with people into a small place. So much for the opulent main room that was flooded from a moderate rain. The waiter was great but that was the only part that was good. The food was mediocre at best. And finally, the crowd was as low end as you can find. Loud, dressed like bums and acted like it. Really bad all around.
Loved it will definitely be back once the Covid is over 👸🏻
Good view, vibe and service.
However, the quality of food is terrible. One of the worst choice of Italian restaurant I ever made.
Fried shrimp, calamari, and zucchini tasted like microwave defrosted frozen food (Im sure it is). The Lobster Spaghetti (the most expensive dish) is literally throwing lobster to stir fried noodle in spicy tomato sauce.
DO NOT EXPECT the high quality food. This restaurant is for taking pictures. Thats it. Doesnt even deserve the picture.
The Lunch Fixed Menu is an excellent value. The food was exceptional. The ambiance is out of this world. It actually transports you to Italy.
Amazing! Will definitely go back when I’m out Miami again!
Since there was. 20% chargeable tip the server didn’t care and we couldn’t take a picture next to pool
The poor review is mostly due to corona. Valet parking was 3 blocks away because Ocean BLvd was closed. Had to walk 3 blocks in heels and heat. At the entrance, told we had to wear mask until food at table. No joy in admiring the mansion wearing a mask. Restaurant actually serves previously frozen tuna from Mediterranean. What? Pasta dish was pitiful. Popcorn appetizer was also pitiful. 2 wines and 2 entrees came to $165 plus $25 for valet. Don’t bother until pandemic ends.
The waiter didn’t bring anything to dip our bread in. We asked multiple times. We were told not to wear jeans or sneakers before and when we got there many people were wearing that stuff. Food wasn’t bad- I don’t recommend eating my the pool unless you want flies alllll over your food. They will fall into your drinks. Stay inside and eat. Worst part was during this Covid the restaurant made u wear a mask until the food was brought to table so when the bread came we got to take them off. After we ate we didn’t have food on our table no more the the restaurant put f*ucking popcorn on the table bc “food as to be on it” what kinda ridiculous sh*t is that. I’m at a fine restaurant and you bring popcorn to the table. Embarrassing
The food was great!
Best dinner experience I ever had
Pleasantly surprised with the filet mignon. Service was great as well.
The only good thing is the beautiful pool and the Medusa mosaic.
The food is below average.
It was our anniversary. Ernesto was our waiter. He’s awesome. We were seated right next to the pool. Great experience.
We came on our first night of vacation in Miami. It was an amazing experience - definitely worth going.
It was a very enjoyable experience. The service was excellent and we had a superb waitress. The ambience was great. The food was very good, but not superb. It was overpriced, but that’s to be expected. Part of the draw is not just the food, but being in the Versace mansion.
Very nice ambience, mansion dining area is espectacular.
My experience was so amazing
Excellent service and atención during my visit celebrate my birthday
excellent!!! we were seated right by the pool, service was prompt and friendly, amazing ambiance, food was exceptional and at a great value. was able to walk around the property for a little after dinner and “explore”. would absolutely return!!!
Locals knows best. Coffee @moulins la fayette, pizza@pizette,
Unbelievably good food. I thought I was in Italy. The Gianni salad was refreshing and the tempura shrimp was to die for. The branzino was perfect and the spinach ravioli outstanding. All served in a beautiful setting overlooking the mosaic pool. Well worth the visit.
This restaurant has a horrible ambience. It has lost its appeal over the years.
The waiter was very rude and the food wasn’t good at all
Mala calidad en servicio y alimentos
Nunca voy a regresar
Food, atmosphere, and staff were all fabulous. Great experience to tell others about.
The staff treats you responsible but more importantly respectfully. The dining experience along with the scenery is Amazing. Definitely going back.
The food was not good at all. They don’t season anything and the service was very bad. Some food is worth the price and some simply aren’t
Perfectly distanced, beautiful view and outstanding food!!
This is my favorite place in south Florida! The ambience is stunning! The food is good but it’s small portions.
New body who dis!
The ambiance, service was exceptional. However, the food was lack luster. The entrees, appetizers were over priced, lack seasoning, and flavor. My friends and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the mansion. Unfortunately, I will not re visit the restaurant.
The venue exceeded my expectations. The ambiance and service was amazing. Our waiter Javier made sure everything was perfect. Giving us great recommendations and excellent service. Will definitely be back soon.
Our daughters’s 21st Birthday
Food was delicious and the service was great. The only negative was that it was veryyyyy hot outside and there was only 1 fan. Besides that everything was amazing and not overpriced.
It was alright overall, we went there for my boyfriends birthday. I had wrote that down but they didn’t even say happy birthday to him which was disappointing. It’s expensive to eat there and drinks are super expensive. The food was ok nothing special for that price. They were strict on their dress code but then we see people in hats and gym shoes and jeans in there. Not fancy. Their bathroom in the ladies room was clogged. The dessert was super dry I got the tiramisu, not good at all. Won’t be back
Lo que te atrae es el edificio en si , el servicio fue excelente , mi mesero era de Roma, pero no recuerdo el nombre , la comida era buena , pero no excelente . El tiramisu estaba horrible
Parking, finding the valet in another street was difficult
The ambience of the place beautiful, observing one table with clean beautifully dressed people but next table people in bathing suits, beach sandals inexcusable, there should be some etiquete respecting what the mansion represents
Let me begin by saying that I am truly amazed. I was not expecting the inside to be as beautiful by looking from the outside. I was in for a true surprise, the food was delicious and our drinks were refreshing. Stanford was a great server, had extensive knowledge of the menu and the mansions history. Thank you for the great time.
