Gianna's is an old world style Italian restaurant that serves very generous family style portions for two or more as well as single orders if desired.                                                           We were not admitted. We made a reservation and were told at the entrance that Gianna’s doesn’t accept reservations through Open Table. Well. Why is it on Open Table then? Sad to leave such a bad review but we waited for this table and to eat here only to show up and wait in line in the heat to get turned away. Despite the reservation. I hope they get this fixed. We arrived at 9:00 for our 9:15 pm reservation. Perhaps this is a staff training issue.
