Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
On a été refoulé à l’entrée malgré notre réservation confirmée. Très mauvaise expérience
Disappointed to have made a reservation and then when we checked in our table wasn’t ready so we had to wait. The prices on drinks and dishes were outrageous for the quality. The service was mediocre. I’m a huge Giada fan. I have several of her cookbooks, written recipes from watching her show so I did not expect it to be as fancy or to at least have some of her most fan favorite popular dishes. The ambience was my favorite part of the dinner. It is undoubtedly a Beautiful restaurant, just very disappointing with cost of the entire menu and for the quality. One of the guest at the party returned a dish because it was over cooked and dry. Unfortunately, the rest of the 7 that came to dinner all agree we will not be returning to dine.
The staff was so inviting and friendly. The food was amazing. We did tasting menu.
This is a beautiful restaurant. In retrospect, we wish that we had ordered differently. We had the arancini with crab, the arugula salad and the risotto with crab and scallops. The problem was that the arancini and risotto were pretty much the same. Both delicious, but in retrospect we should have ordered the artichoke as an appetizer. That being said, the amount of crab was amazing and the scallops were cooked perfectly!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I really can’t rate the experience of this Restuarant bc I didn’t not have the pleasure of eating there. We had made reservations here to eat at 10:30pm in open table for my friends 30th birthday. Behold to our surprise when we approach the hostess she in a not so pleasant manner tells us that they are closed and their last seating time was 1015pm and no longer seating anyone.. I told the hostess and showed her my reservation that I had placed at 10:30 and all she did was say well I’m sorry but our lady seating was a 10:25pm and pretty much dismissed us. I’m not gona bother if I’m ever back to Vegas to try eating here.
Fantastic experience thanks to Chef Michael Gill! Truly exceptional in every way
Giada is on Food Network and everything she makes is a wonderful culinary experience through Capri. I enjoyed the food experience. Hust the right portions. Wonderful.
Could use a variety of pasta sauces :)
Fav restaurant in the world! Giada is my girl!
Hsd an amazing meal! Atmosphere is so incredible and the service was amazing as well!
Everything was excellent. Service. Food. And ambiance. I want to go back!
Food, very good, our choices were Ok so our fault (pasta was knock out in our opinion). Rowdy bunch of American Men, whooping and hollering next door to our table, two couples left, fuming. At a fine dining restaruant its unacceptable, they were too much. Staff need to be allowed to boss tables like that and eject if necessary, or reject at point of entry if to far gone. Short term they may feel thar riding it out is best, but long term its a flase every economy e.g. won't go back and will explain factually that lack of control and thus ambience, I book for parties of 20-30 most years who then may. Come back seperately. If people want to go 'crazy' then go to a decent bar with snacks (STK bar is made for it) the floor staff at Giada were exceptional and need to be empowered to own and reject that kind of neanderthal behaviour, its losing you fans, losing you margin, losing you Enterprise value. Giada, time before last you had a three tables of 28 in total, this time 4, next time.... er there wont be.
We love everything about Giada, but, this night our server seemed more interested in everything and everyone else
We will request Andrew from this point forward only
Food as always was exceptional
Stunning, delicious and true. Wine, ambiance and service all memorable. Would dine there everyday if we could!
Giada and the staff exceeded beyond expectations. Joseph looked after even the smallest of details. Our first visit and certainly not our last. Eating was like a symphony lol. The beginning the middle and a spectacular finish. Highly recommend
Outstanding food and service!!!! Wonderful view of the Bellagio fountains.
Had a reservation but still did not get seated until 1/2 after reservation. Service was extremely slow and non attentive. When your spending this kind of money you want better service. Food was just OK.
It’s a shame because I heard good things about the restaurant but did not personally have that experience.
In my reservation I wrote that
Very nice experience and fast service. Portions are moderate but full in flavor. The restaurant is beautiful
Food was good but expensive for what you get.
Amazing atmosphere, service and food! I will definitely be back!
The restaurants never acknowledge the special occasions when noted on open table. This was for a birthday.
Beau(server/bartender) is amazing!
We loved our experience Giada. I watch her show and wanted to be part of it
My only comment is the noise level was quite loud. Can there be something done about that? Otherwise a great anniversary date
Atmosphere is great! Meatball appetizer was ahmazing!! Italian fried chicken was fabulous and we also had beautifully crafted cocktails!! We would definitely go back again. Loved the view onto the strip so ask for window seat!!
Very limited attention from waiter Yanislav ? He had a Russian name ... . He forgot to bring our wine and food was simply put on table without any explanations. No offer of cracked pepper or cheese. Again he brought a espresso without sugar or spoon . Only asked if we wanted desert. He was cold and curd. If we went back we would ensure he is not serving us. This was the 3rd time we experienced the restaurant and had made a reservation and did not get our table until 15min later when there were tables available in the restaurant. Recommend you have a maître D or manager who supervise the operations.
Beautifully made negroni and martini, wonderful food and a fabulous California chardonay.
The ambiance and location are very good, but I was pretty disappointed after requesting a window table both in my reservation, and when we arrived. We ended up getting a table about as far away from a window as you can get, with no explanation as to why. I've dined here around 6 or 7 times, and the food was not up to par on this visit. Pretty disappointing.
Food is excellent! must have the pasta prepared in parmesan wheel - although we did not get it prepared at the table this time - which was disappointing. Expressed this to the server but they didn't seem to care too much
The food and service was excellent! Highly recommended!
It was my first time there & it was amazing. Great service, amazing food. The chef was awesome. Overall an amazing experience & we will go back. I recommend it to anyone!
Our meal at Giada was the best dining experience we had during our visit to Las Vegas. Appetizer, salad, entrees, dessert all were beautifully presented and absolutely delcious. We appreciated the elegant decor, too, and the great views. Loved watching the Bellagio fountain routine while we ate. So glad we got to dine there.
Salmon entree was excellent. Husband had Lobster Fettucini which was very
Good, however very very small portion.
Bread selection presentation was awesome. Totally enjoyed the cookies for dessert. A friend had the Risotto and
Loved it. Wonderful view from most any
Where you sit.
One of the best values on the Las Vegas strip, and one of the absolute best brunches anywhere. Already looking forward to going back.
Amazing food and superior service! We will be back!
I was eating solo and was treated with all the attention of a large group. My waiter was very attentive and observant. I had the tasting menu and it was well presented, timing was perfect and I believe I ate the finest prepared salmon I have ever eaten. It was pan-seared, finished in the oven and served over spring peas and a pea purée. The texture of the salmon had that wonderful crunch of the sear and the inside was”perfect “. My wife and I enjoy going to Giadas and this time solo was just as good. There are a lot of restaurants in Vegas, but this is our go-to if we’re not sure where to go.
I would not recommend Giada's for a special occasion. After making reservations over a month in advance for a 50th anniversary family dinner, we were excited to be at Giada's.
When I made my reservation, I indicated that we requested a window table. Additionally, when I confirmed the reservation that afternoon I asked about the view and was told, " all our tables look out over the strip...we have your requests from your reservation."
When we were shown to our table, I was surprised that we were in a back room with a TV playing a football game and no view. I went back to the hostess, and asked about our table. Stating that we had requested a view, I asked about options. She said that they did not have a table for our larger party. She then had me speak to the manager John. John apologized and offered to move us if we could wait a while. I reviewed that the reservation had been made over a month prior and that it was confirmed that afternoon. I did not want to wait, so asked that he could ensure that our meal experience was very good. He assured me he would, and that he would personally come to the table.
Our meal experience was not very good. Appetizers were excellent. The eggplant entree was very salty. Other entrees were ok. Service was nice, but not very attentive. We piled our plates to get them out of our way, crumbs were not cleared from the table, etc. John never came by or checked on us. It was disappointing.
At the end of the meal the server brought out a plate with 2 complimentary cookies that said happy anniversary.
I tried to speak to John before leaving, but he was busy talking to a table.
I was looking to have an exceptional meal for my parents anniversary and was disappointed in all areas.
I would not recommend Giada's for a special occasion, as they are not able to follow through on requests or to make the occasion special.
The crab lobster rice balls r amazing and u must definitely try her lemon ricotta cookies
It was a great experience and amazing food with excellent service.
They sat us 20 mins after our reservation in a less than ideal location. Made no mention of our anniversary despite it being recorded in the notes. Our server was short with us and seemed to want to rush us into ordering despite us having to wait 10 mins for him to come to our table after we’d been seated. Very disappointing service considering the high price point.
