Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
Huge fan of Giada from Food Network and have looked forward to this for a long time.
Loved everything except servers slow to take order for drinks and replenish cocktails. We only had two and I drank most of my second after my meal was finished. If it was my restaurant, I would want to know.
Fantastic food. Wish Giada were there.
My only comment is the desert cart. Perhaps this was due to location of my table too? I just found the constant wheeling it past me during dinner rather off-putting.
Giada is my favorite Las Vegas restaurant. Consisently great food, location and atmosphere and always superior service. Our server Tuesday night, Duc, was superb and a delight.
Our Lobster Ravioli was unbelievable! Not only was the entree heavenly but the Oysters Rockefeller appetizer was da bomb! As always the bread they serve just hits the spot, I love all of the extras to put on it. We went back a second night as well.
Excellent food and service. Great view.
The food was amazing and the ambiance was very nice. Our waiter was extremely rude and unfriendly. My husband said the best way to describe him is “smug.” It happened I believe after he realized we were not going to be ordering a lot of alcohol or expensive meals. It’s too bad because I would have wanted to go back another time when we were more hungry but it was a 9pm reservation and we were not that hungry last night. Will not go back.
DELICIOUS food especially the fresh pasta. Tasting menu was amazing and very filling!
The food was extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity
Service was excellent. Food delicious
Excellent food. Sat at the bar for a brief time. Very nice. We were seated, in what I would rate the worst table in the restaurant. In a corner on a bench. Just bad overall. Quick request from the hostess and we were moved to a great table, no gratuity needed. Highly recommended.
This was a special occasion, which wasn’t acknowledged in any way by the restaurant staff. Request for fountain view seating (made 3 - 4 months ahead of time!) was just ignored. Table service was perfunctory (server wasn’t friendly, we had to clear our own wine glasses to make room for appetizers, we had to request new cutlery twice between courses). The current menu doesn’t offer enough distinctive choices. This was our fourth visit, each time the experience has been a little worse, and failing to acknowledge my brother’s birthday was a real disappointment. Not planning to return.
One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The food is outstanding. Save room for dessert. Service was a little slow at times. And I didn’t love our waiter. He seemed to be playing the fancy restaurant snooty waiter. And advising us to get more food than we needed. Aside from that, a perfect experience.
The food was great. We were there for my mom’s 60th birthday. The service was horrendous. The ambiance was worse-set up of the restaurant was very poor. We were essentially ignored. We also ordered a cake from the restaurant ahead of time. The cake came out frozen. In addition to it coming out frozen, they didn’t offer for us to take the remainder home. Poor experience all around. We all traveled from the East coast to be here for the birthday. It was a shame.
Had a wonderful dinner and experience. It was our Anniversary and were treated like royalty. The Manager visited us at our table and the wait staff is of extremely high quality. This was my 4th trip back, but first for my husband - we will be returning.
Travelled from Canada for a 60th bday party. It was worth the trip! Food was amazing and so was the service.
Recommend the Branzino and cacio de pepe for 2!
in Las Vegas for a girls weekend and came here for Brunch, it was amazing from start to finish and the Staff and service was excellent. Would highly recommand it for any occassion.
Great time at the restaurant. My wife is a fan of Giada and has wanted to try her restaurant for a while now.
The wine was good, but the food was mediocre at best. The bacon wrapped dates were dry, and the rigatoni was overcooked. Everything else was fine.
Our experience was exceptional! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely wonderful.
Birthday dinner was amazing seafood tower for 3 exceptional, risotto so light & perfectly cooked scallops
Lobster pasta loaded with lobster
Ravioli decadent & soft
Server was so knowledgeable & attentive , cocktails so innovative
Would come back in a heartbeat
Everything was excellent. We always go to Giada’s when in Vegas and it never disappoints. The only flaw is no gluten free bread, but otherwise they have many choices for gf diners.
Wish I had a window table as requested several months ago for special occasion.
Great food here at View. All around awesome place to eat
Food was excellent and the service was as well. Had a reservation and they sat us down immediately. They were understanding when I asked for our bill as we had a show to go to and checked us out quickly. Really nice place to have dinner with your spouse or someone special.
Our server from Connecticut, Fredrick really made the experience as good as the food and the food was AMAZING!!
Food was great. Server was very friendly. Highly recommend Giada.
The server was snooty, the food over priced and very pretentious.
Great food, prompt service
Loved it! My husband and I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, the service top notch and they gave us a great table with views of the Bellagio water show. Everything was perfect we will defiantly be coming back in May!
Sit by a window.....amazing view
Coffee was great
Love Giada! Usually the service is top notch. Today was a bit slow but likely due to the volume of customers. It was off-putting but I will still come back due to my overall satisfaction! Food and cocktails were great
We visited for the dessert tasting menu but they weren’t serving it due to Valentine’s Day. We settled for alternate choices. Half way through eating my dessert I found a blond hair in my cheesecake and informed the staff. The manager graciously apologized and removed the charge even when I was willing to pay and close out. Service was great and I tipped the waitress according to the full tab.
Came for Valentine’s Day and had a great experience!
Service and food was much better last visit, dirty dishes left on the table for a long time
My husband and I had Valentines night dinner here.. We did the Valentines tasting menu.. to the tune of $470.00...Our food was excellent but Overpriced for just a regular filet and lobster for 2...
The service is great. The view is nice. The food was just ok. We had the seafood tower which was a little disappointing. I like my seafood tower just that.... fresh seafood. They took the seafood tower and made 3 dishes out of the lobster, oysters and the octopus that were not to my iking. It would have been much better if they just would have left it natural. The oyster Rockefeller was ok but not like any rockefeller I have ever had...New Orleans restaurants make that dish much better. The pizza is tiny and just ok. This restaurant is not my favorite.
Wine and cocktails way over priced, filet came rare when asked for medium rare asked for more bread which was ignored, had to send filet back and waiter totally agreed but meal was delicious.
Very nice scene in this restaurant. Service was excellent. Biggest complaints were that our entrees took forever to come out. Our waiter said the kitchen was backed up. The manager came out to apologize. When the entrees arrived I was disappointed to find that the lobster was mushy. Was not properly prepared. It was taken back and replaced, but that replacement lobster too was mushy. I think that the lobster was just old and had been in the tank too long. At that point I declined on the lobster. After waiting so long for the entrees and lobster correction I wasn’t even hungry anymore. But for a $400+ meal for just 2 people, I didn’t expect to wait so long for our entrees, and I certainly didn’t expect bad lobster. I really had hoped for a 5 star experience and this was more like a 2 star based on the wait and the food preparation
