Excellent food and service. Lobster ravioli was awesome.

Great service and atmosphere. The food was subpar for the cost. Risotto still had water in the bottom of the bowl. Lobster ravioli was over cooked and seasoned. Had planned this for my daughters birthday and honestly disappointed. With so many other options in Vegas we will not return.

Ordered 2 tasting menus with a friend for our birthdays. Going to a celebrity restaurant on the strip you expect to pay a premium, but the quality / quantity of food was 1:2 vs price. The restaurant is probably trying to cover their high rent and union labor. There was also no sort of birthday treat. Glad I tried Giada, but this LV local will not be returning.

Our server, Lauren made our evening so outstanding! She was fun, attentive, made incredible suggestions and had a ton of fun with us throughout our experience. Loved her! We’ll be back. Thank you so much!

Everything was wonderful and I can’t wait to return. Our waiter went above and beyond. Perfect food and evening. We ordered the tasting and I highly recommended to enjoy the complete menu.

We have been to Giada’‘s many times and I’ve always very much enjoy our experience. We had dinner the previous two nights at Beauty and Essex and STK. We dined with friends and they were very excited for this experience. I asked for a table with a view of the Bellagio fountains a couple of months ago when I made my reservation. Our table was kind of down the hallway with a view from only two seats and the other two seats overlooked the escalator. The menu was extremely limited due to Covid so I can’t fault the restaurant for that but the lack of many items on the menu was disappointing nonetheless. Service was decent but I will have to think long and hard about coming back on our next trip in a couple or months.

Best meal I've had in months! Every course was fantastic. Some items from the normal menu are not available. But it's a small price to pay for wonderful food.

Giada’s restaurant is special. Every time I come to Vegas I eat here. The food is spectacular . It is a comfortable environment, I always feel like I am sitting in her home. This is not any Italian feast, it is a culinary experience.

Sat at the bar and had dinner our bartender/server was very attentive and grateful that we came in, did enjoy our time, the lemon spaghetti with shrimp is wonderful. Your in Vegas so a bit pricey but we always go when in town...

COVID restrictions really put a damper on this usually superior, romantic and elegant dining experience. The main courses were excellent; but no bread, no placemats, no menus (other than online) - all lowered the experience after high expectations.

Wonderful dinner and they brought us a glass of champagne to help celebrate my husband’s birthday!!

We ordered the Filet with mashed sweet potatoes. Not being a fan of sweet potatoes, wasn't expecting to be blown away but OMG were the potatoes delicious! They had bits of pancetta mixed in. One of the best meals we've had there! The lobster was sweet and buttery! Service, excellent as usual.

We had a wonderful romantic dinner for our anniversary. The food was great good temperature. We told the waiter that we were in a schedule and he did a great job keeping us on track.

We enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner at Giada. The restaurant was elegant, the food was great, and the service was excellent. I definitely want to dine at the restaurant when the regular menu is available and not just a prix fixe menu.

The service was amazing but the chef menu for New Years was not worth it. The chicken was just two pieces of chicken and no sides. I could have gotten fried chicken at a fast food and not paid so much. Again the service was amazing. The food was okay.

Great food but New Years menu was well over the normal menu prices. Was not allowed to order from the a-la-cart menu from or nice window table so had to move to the bar. Service and food quality were excellent.

Went to celebrate my birthday dinner at Giada’s it was amazing. Our 3rd time back and truly enjoyed it.

Haven’t been out for awhile and decided to take my wife out. Gaida was a nice surprise! I haven’t visited the Cromwell since it was rebranded over 10 yrs ago. Their romaine salad was excellent followed by the lobster ravioli. My wife had the Italian fried chicken. She said it was great! The layout was nice, but the view could’ve been better. We will certainly visit again.

We knew the food would be delicious-and it was- but we also expected petit portions. Boy were we wrong! There was nothing shrimpy about the GIANT shrimp cocktail and the pasta dishes were piled high! The view of the strip was amazing and our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even sent us home with recipes for the two of the dishes we enjoyed! Overall a wonderful experience and meal and I definitely recommend this spot if you love pasta!

Anniversary dinner didn’t disappoint. Ask for a window table to see the Bellagio fountains. Also bring a jacket because it was a little chilly.

Good food (Branzino). But do not order the lobster ravioli. It was dry and overcooked.

simple menu , very good and the wine list was very nice. we had reservations but decided to sit at the bar. good choice and we came back the next day.

We have dined at Giada’s dozens of times and this was by far the worst experience—on Christmas Day, no less. The table we were seated at was so wobbly my drink spilled. The solution was to use a napkin to try to balance out the table. It still wobbled, albeit less.

The service was abysmal. Truly abysmal. When the server has to keep coming back saying “I didn’t forget about you,” you know it’s a problem. Food was hit as miss—some dishes were great as you’d expect, and others came out too cold as if it was sitting in the prep line for several minutes (presumably because our server kept forgetting about us).

Overall, this was not the Christmas dinner we had hoped for. Truly disappointing.

My son and I shared a wonderful Christmas repast. Food was exceptional. Quite enough for the pallet and presentation was awesome. Very glad we chose this restaurant. The view was spectacular to the fountains. Perfect Christmas Day!

Take care of service our waiter wasn’t as nice as other times
And we waited 30 mins on clock for our entrees they said it was because the kitchen was busy but that info came after we waited patienly but the waiter just kept passing us

2nd time there. Scaled down version of menu which is completely understandable due to covid . But my meal was outstanding. Great quality and outstanding service at the bar. Prices are high, but it’s what one should expect at an upscale eatery on the strip housed in an upscale hotel.
