Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in the door until we left! The food is outstanding. We can’t wait to go back!
Giada’s will never let you down. From the amazing views the extremely high quality of food to the wonderful service.
I loved this restaurant during my last visit to Las Vegas, so I was excited to share it with family. Sadly, our experience was not as good this time around. The first bottle of wine we tried to order was not available. The sommelier seemed bothered when asked to offer suggestions or answer any questions about the wine. Service was slow and inattentive. Dirty appetizer plates sat at our table until the main course arrived. This seemed to be common throughout the dining room. The food was delicious, but I would hesitate to recommend Giada to a friend due to the poor service we received in relation to the overall price of the meal.
Food was delicious and presentation spot on. Carlos our server was knowledgeable and good sales person when it came to up selling us. Great place for anniversaries
This was a great experience in a great atmosphere!
Eggs were not poached and waitress was horrified that they were not cooked correctly. Both orders got fixed immediately.
Outstanding on every front !! Highly recommend. Seriously delicious meal with incredible views, atmosphere and service.
Ambience and view was good....but food was disappointing and service was average ...polite but not very friendly
Food was good - good ambiance - my wife and I really liked our server, Rocco.
Wonderful from beginning to finish. Beautiful atmosphere. Loved the open windows letting in the cool night air. Great attention to detail on everything. Restaurant was soothing, elegant and comfortable. Food was top notch. Our waiter, David?, was terrific. We loved our entire experience at Giada’s! Thank you!
We had a wonderful time! The food was amazing. The waiter recommended the mushroom appetizer and it was delicious. We will be back.
Fantastic evening with great food, fabulous wine and excellent service!
Great service and ambiance. Food was very good but didn’t quite hit the superlative level. Would recommend if you are looking for a some classic Italian in a fantastic location with great wait staff.
It is a delightful restaurant with food that is exceptional, especially for breakfast. Everything is fresh and beautiful. We tried many different items just for the sheer joy of tasting something unusual. For example I had mini meatballs paired with eggs. The Nutella chocolate chip pancakes with fresh berries were perfect and shared with the table. My only small issue was being placed at one of the least desirable tables despite being the first group seated. It was a bit insulting for a repeat customer. Never sure why restaurants do that?? Nonetheless I recommend the restaurant.
Excellent experience. The food was amazing and the service was very attentive. Had a great window seat over-looking the Strip. Memorable experience.
The food was excellent and the service was professional. It takes a while to get in even with a reservation.
The food was some of the best I have had in a long time. We had the tasting menu and everything was delicious. The service and ambience were great, although it is very loud. One nice thing is that each person gets to choose their own pasta course and entree. Apps are shared and the dessert cart is amazing - so are the Brussels sprouts! Even adding one of the most reasonably priced wines on the list, it still cost two of us $425- pretty PRICEY.
Amazing setting! We had a table overlooking the fountains. The food was incredible. Same for the service. Would definitely go back!
Very disappointed in the menu, food and pricing!
This is our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Giada never disappoints.
We go to Vegas every year and we always make a reservation at Giada because we know that everything will be fabulous
Was a little disappointed in the antipasto since there were no olives. Being italian we always served olives in our antipasto. Less Gorgonzola next time. 😘
Giada's is a regular stop when in Vegas. The staff is wonderful and the food is incredible.
Hubby and I went here for bfast and it’s our first time. I was pretty ecstatic, been a fan of Giada for years. I had the bookclub brunch tasting menu and the hubbs had the cannelloni. Am I cheap or what, since it was bfast i was waiting for warm bread and butter, did not happen, so ok. The pastry cart arrived and was a little disappointed because you can only have one choice or two choices of the mini ones. Salad is next, I loved the endive salad, they make it in front of you too. For the main, manila clam pasta it is, it was okay, enjoyed the taste of fresh pasta, it was aldente, but the portion is too small in my opinion. And that is saying something, i am petite and do not have a big appetite. For dessert, i chose the chocolate bundino. Coffee was too light for my liking too. But the ambience, to die for, her resto is aesthetically pleasing, clean bathrooms too. I just would not go back again.
The "Book" tasting menu was one of the best dining experiences my daughter and I have had.
Service was excellent. Food was delicious however the value is not there. It’s Vegas so everything is extremely overpriced. The experience was nice however would not repeat.
We had a reservation for 6 people to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted promptly and told we couldn’t be seated until our whole party was there. Keep in mind 4 of 6 were there.
Our last couple promptly showed and we were told they were resetting the table. After 40 minutes waiting and multiple attempts to understand the problem we were seated. I noticed immediately that there were 2 other tables of 6 unoccupied which did not align to why we had to wait so long to be seated.
Once seated our server(s) struggled to even be the slightest bit attentive. After waiting 10 minutes for a glass of ice we went to the bar ourselves to get it. Waitstaff in general was slow, we had to ask for refills, just far below what I expected.
The one thing that was nice is that they did remember the birthday without my prompting and brought a nice dessert.
Given all the remarkable restaurants in Las Vegas with excellent service, and broad menus, I don’t see myself returning to Giada’s and certainly not recommending it.
The food and drinks were absolutely excellent. Our waiter had a severe ego and was not attentive at all, the second was fantastic though and I even tracked him down to tip him directly. We dis the tasting and it was a ton of food, all fantastic. The pastas are the highlight here!
We had a great meal. Did the tasting menu. A little over priced. Great view of the Bellagio fountains provided additional ambiance.
Our server Joseph was fantastic! Food was delicious.
After visiting many times, it's wonderful to see the same consistent service staff.
What was new this time? The lamb shank... tender, succulent... flavorful... not fatty at all... cooked perfectly.
What wasn't new? The consistent quality of food and service. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but the eggplant stack is a favorite, especially if you're trying to take it easy on your system after any heavy meals. You almost think it's fried, but it's the oregano coating baked crispy that fools you. Layered with tomato sauce & avocado, drizzled with wonderful balsamic, it's something to try. That said, the salmon is also wonderful. If only we left room for dessert each time we come.
We felt rushed by the server, not even half way through appetizers and the main course was placed in front of us to get cold.
Very charming decor, great food! We really enjoyed the selection of dishes on the menu.
Loved it!! Great view of the strip with open windows.
So much lemon on everything; overwhelming. 2nd time in my life I have ever sent a dish back because the Fettacini didn't taste then the Ravioli was overwhelmed with lemon.
Did dinner this time-was fantastic! Have also done the wknd brunch which is my favorite! Recommend everything she offers-hard to choose...also the view is beautiful. If you go definitely try or take the lemon cookies with you!!!
Wonderful good. Tasting menu was great. Loved our waiter andrew
The food was unique and delicious, we felt it was a bit expensive for four people however we did the four course option with a couple cocktails. The ambience was very inviting and our waiter outstanding.
