Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
My brother traveled here from NYC TK celebrate our birthdays. And although the food is amazing our waiter was horrible. Pushy and seemed a bit impatient. Not what I expected at all.
Excellent food, always consistent!!
The food was fantastic and the server was amazing. She was so unbelievably efficient and friendly. Wish I could remember her name. The restaurant was very busy but quality and service was not negatively impacted. The only negative was the noise level but that is no reflection on the restaurant. We go to this restaurant every time we are in Vegas and look forward to visiting again.
8th visit to Giadas and each one has been better than the last. While trying many of the small plates is filling enough I always save room for the entree. The branzino was phenomenal
Wonderful dining. Delicious food. Attentive service.
Great dining experience. Great ambience
My friends and I enjoyed the meal immensely. We were all impressed with the menu in the service.
Tony was our server, Service was excellent!
I personally thought food was a little salty
The restaurant is very stylish with a beautiful view. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We were very surprised that there was not a sommelier on staff that evening. We were there on a Sunday evening. There is a very nice wine list, including a "Giada's special reserve" section. It's surprising that there was no one there that could give advice.
Our waitress and staff made the experience very enjoyable!! The food was delicious! I would recommend this place for brunch for sure.
I would recommend Giada's to people visiting Las Vegas or who wanted a special treat. The menu was interesting.
Wonderful experience. Great view of the strip. Impeccable service.
It was amazing and the salmon Benedict had great flavour with balance in texture.
The dinner tasting menu was very good. Good size portions. We didn’t leave hungry at all. The noise level was high to start ( but it was a Saturday night) then it died down. The service was excellent and very friendly. We would love to come back again and try the brunch.
The most amazing food and service! We will all be coming back.
Food was not that great but ambiance was wonderful.
The food was excellent, I suggest the risotto appetizer, bacon wrapped dates and the cheese wheel pasta “experience” for dinner. However, the service was horrible. Our server brought our appetizers and we never saw him again- our food was brought out by other servers, we noticed the table next to us was getting the whole experience (pasta being plated at the table, they were offered cheese and pepper, etc), but we weren’t offered anything. No water refills, wine or soft drinks. We had to ask the gentleman serving bread for water. It actually kind of ruined the whole experience. We did bring it to the attention of the Manager that evening but they never followed up after we left.
Overall, for the money and if you want excellent service and food I would go to the Water Grill at Caesar’s!
Overall the food was good. I'm starting to grow skeptical of the celebrity TV chefs and what they say is good. While it was good, I wasn't making the sounds they make. The entree's were heavy on the seafood and I'm not a seafood person. I did enjoy the lemon butter with the rosemary focaccia muffin. The Cacio e pepe bucatini was ok, it lacked some flavor. Would have been nice to add grilled chicken. The Brussel Sprouts were also really good. Because the food was just OK, we skipped desert. Would I go back, probably not unless Giada was there and I was able to get her live feedback.
Amazing food, elegant décor and great service from Eddie!
Food was good but not exquisite. Definitely overpriced. Waiter was snotty. Venue wasn't very accessible.
Never disappointed. Always great, consistent service, food and all.
We did not enjoy the food. The fettuccine tasted similar to chef boy r dee. The shrimp tasted very fishy. The potatoes could have been prepared a different way, too salty. Chianti was stale.
Good service. Food good, but too expensive... menu too fancy and limited. My daughter asked for a fettuccine Alfredo and they couldn’t make it, for mashed potatoes, neither.... is unbelievable that being so fancy and family oriented they couldn’t please my daughter’s simple wish... otherwise the service was very good
It was easily the best meal I've had in Vegas, albeit one of the most expensive as well. We had Lauren as our server who was the best server I've ever had and that's saying a lot.
Outstanding food and first class service. Would go back for dinner next time I am in Vegas for sure.
Excellent food and excellent service. Not rushed.
It was amazing experiencing celebrating our anniversary.. the food is good as well as the service.. a little bit noise but tolerable...that is okay!!☺️..
The food was really delicious and service was excellent. Would definitely come back here again on my next trip to Vegas!
The setting is perfect and the food is excellent. Great wine list, too.
Husband and I went here for dinner- got the tasting menu! Would recommend lots of good and good opportunity to try a lot. A little pricey but it’s Vegas
AMAZING! Definitely recommend the cacio e pepe
Great ambiance, but the food was disappointing. I had the lobster ravioli, which was bland. My friend had the spaghetti and it was dry. The bread was good.
Excellent food. Terrible service. They clearly forgot to put in our food order. After waiting an hour and seeing people who came in after us eat & leave, we commented to each other how odd it was we hadn’t seen our food (including a salad before dinner). Waiter must’ve heard us and suddenly we were getting a complimentary appetizer but still nothing we ordered. Then, salad came followed by entrees a minute later. They then asked us if we wanted our food held because our salad had just arrived. Given the experience at that point, we weren’t going to have them leave with the entrees. Our waiter then disappeared & no one checked in with us until after we had eaten. Waiter then offered us complimentary dessert without us saying a word of complaint at that point. We were out of time because we had already been there so long, and declined. We then shared with the waiter that we felt forgotten and had sat so long without food, despite the rest of the patrons in the slow restaurant seemingly having no issues. He blamed the kitchen staff and never apologized. Very odd experience & enough that I would not recommend this restaurant. We’ve enjoyed it before but will not return. Overall very disappointing experience.
Excellent. The decor is welcoming and the service was on point. Great coffee and drinks. The brunch was very good. Quality ingredients. Fresh, light. Would return . Great start to our day but China Poblano ruined the evening with terrible food. Cheers to Giada .
Quite unimpressed by our dinner experience at Giada’s on January 4th. I have had brunch there in the past that was excellent so I had high expectations. We started off with the seafood tower which was very disappointing for $86. It said that it feeds 2-3 people which is very false it feeds 1-2 at best. It came with six small oysters, 4 ounces of red king crab which was way over seasoned, 4 ounces of octopus which was delicious, four large shrimp with cocktail sauce which was good. It was missing the 8 ounce Maine lobster tail which I just realized today or I would have asked for a credit. We were hungry since we waited to have dinner until 8:30pm so the skimpy seafood tower did not cut it. My boyfriend ordered the risotto and scallops. He said that it was mediocre. It was a very small portion for the price of $34. I ordered the fettuccini. It had crab and bacon in it along with a red sauce. It was another small portion for the price of $36. It lacked seasoning and did not have much crab and bacon, just a few small pieces. The best part of the dinner was the two types of bread that you get at the start of the meal. It came with capers, red pepper flakes, sea salt and oil and herbs. Our server was excellent too, I just wished that the meal would have matched. I felt like this was a very basic and unfulfilling meal with an outrageous price tag. I will not be returning or giving a recommendation for this restaurant for dinner service.
Special occasion (Anniversary) was not acknowledged even though it was noted on Open Table reservation. All food except entree was excellent. My entree (signature speghetti dish) was dry and pasta stuck together. It was taken off the bill, but no apology was made. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few hiccups.
Our server Jesse was very attentive and informative. We very much appreciated the Happy Birthday on the dessert plate without having to mention it.
Great meal, wonderful service, beautiful setting, a little spendy.
Love this restaurant. The service is always wonderful and the food very good. It is my favorite place to take friends for lunch when they are visiting Vegas.
Nice experience that would have cost far less in another city.
Our waiter did not seem too attentive. He also did not inform us the desserts we wanted would take 30 minutes to make until we ordered dessert. He seemed put off when we said we'd wait. It was the main reason we had come. It was worth waiting for the chocolate souffle'!
