Giada - The Cromwell
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There are family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu options. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
The food variety selections were outstanding. They were smaller portions, but ordering two selections (with the yummy bread) was sufficient for each person at the table. Preparation and flavors were excellent.
We brought our own two bottles of wine and willingly pay the corkage fee for them both. No issues with that.
With a reservation at 7:30 PM, we did not get seated until 7:55. (Group of 5)
Once seated it was sometimes difficult to have conversation as the noise level was high. .
I was given a tasting menu first then asked to see full menu, to which those were just given out. Then felt like unsold (literally ended up with 2 entrees). That said when asked to move before meal was done they comp’d a bottle and a glass of port for the table which was great.
I took my family out for a birthday celebration and Giada's didn't disappoint! The food was fabulous, service spot on and dessert delectable! What can I say, but I'll be back.
I wouldn't return. The service was excellent- I will say that. But the food was boring and my husband had mushy shrimp. It wasn't worth the price and we could have eaten at any Italian restaurant. There was nothing special about it.
Food was awful, tasteless, tough. It all felt old. Nobody tried that night. No idea how this place stays in business. Maybe it's just the views. Forget it.
Really good food! If you’re looking for some of the best authentic Italian food, this is the spot. Not much American style Italian food to pick from if that’s what your looking for. Great experience
Great staff, good selection of dishes.
Pricey but worth every dime. One of the few places in Vegas we always get great service and the food is excellent.
Greeay experience. Food was great; my only complaint is that the drinks were overpriced.
We so loved the ambiance and food! We just wish that the servers didn't rush the meal and us picking out our whole dinner at once. They also were picking up appetizer plates that we were still working on.
Would definitely go back but I would be a little more direct with the staff so we didn't have the same situation again.
The food was outstanding! The service was impeccable and the staff was very knowledgeable. Will go again
Giada's had a unique menu with a variety of different dishes. We had the brunch and thoroughly enjoyed it, and meeting Giada was the highlight of the brunch.
Absolutely Fantastic! Meatball appetizer and Lemon Ricotta cookies were my absolute favorite and I recommend them to everyone!
The secret if you want to experience ambience and have a simple meal at a reasonable price is this:
Get the American Breakfast, with the meatball option (normally a $14 option, albeit larger size), for only $18.
It's the best breakfast value on the strip.
Love the menu brunch
Slightly overpriced menu but hey its Vegas. Food quality, service and ambiance are all very nice. The elevated view of the Strip is an impressive touch at this restaurant.
Overall, very disappointing. The chicken Marsala meatballs were extremely salty and we could t even eat it. The veggie Bolognese pasta was overcooked and mushy. We also ordered the seafood tower and the lobster was dry and tasteless. In fact, we didn’t even eat the entire thing. Yes, we didn’t even eat the small portion of lobster meat that was on the tower. The manager came by to apologize, and offered to serve us the regular meatballs. Those were good. The oysters and shrimp on the seafood platter were delicious, and the veggie bolognese sauce was amazingly good, considering it was made from mushrooms. I was so looking forward to this meal, having followed Giada in some of the cooking channels. All I could think of as I departed was, “Giada, you better come back to this restaurant and do some damage control!! Post haste!!!”
A delicious experience in a wonderful environment. The bone in filet was succulent and delicious! The risotto with scallops - divine. Lovely service and well priced for the high quality.
We were seated and not greeted for 20 minutes in addition we were never given water until we asked and the waiter was irritated and practically yelled at us that he was going to get yelled at because we didn’t get served water until complaining.
The entire experience was stimulating to all our senses in the most wonderful way!!
We can't wait to go back! One of the best meals we have ever eaten.
What a terrific dinner. The food tasted great
Had the tasting menu and loved it. But we had a window table and were able to watch the fountains at Bellagio. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. Nice long leisurely dinner. The manager came by to chat.
The food was cold.
It was pretty much perfect. Amazing service from Radoslav and Robert. Food was amazing.
We had dinner here on Thanksgiving.
Everything was fabulous!!! The sauce was so creamy. The view was outstanding!
This was one of the best places we visited for dinner in many years of Las Vegas trips. Food was good, the layout was good and the server was excellent. We will go again.
My wife and I and another couple went to Giada's for our Thanksgiving dinner. The food was very good and the portions were more than adequate. The service was excellent and we felt as though we were being catered to. Friendly staff and very accommodating.
Everything was delicious. A great place to go for a family event.
Delicious food and a great atmosphere for my birthday dinner! Intimate and classy, but not too fancy. Kind and knowledgeable waiters. I got the scallop and crab risotto, and it was fantastic. Definitely great for a special occasion.
This is my third trip to Giada. As always I am amazed at how good the food is. I have never been disappointed at all and will continue to come here every time I come to Las Vegas. However I just wish the waiter that I had was a little bit more friendly. He was not rude but it seems very dry how he waited on me. No smile not welcoming. It almost feels a bit rushed because I wasn't even finished with the bread provided. But I won't let it deter me from ever coming here because I just simply love it. Might have been a busy day so I just chalk it up to that. Good job all in all.
What a fantastic evening! The Cromwell is a little oasis on the strip, and Giana’s is its jewel. Not a bad seat in the restaurant with an amazing view. Our server Rocco was knowledgeable and friendly, and the meal was amazing. From the wine, olives and antipasto, to the main courses (I had the lobster fettuccine and my husband the lobster ravioli). Then the dessert cart! The Nutella tart and apple tiramisu were excellent. Special thanks to the manager George for taking such good care of us.
Everything was ok. Food was the best part and view is beautiful. It’s a little too loud and for some reason, even though it was slow and late, the service was extremely slow. Otherwise, it was a delicious dinner.
Amazing food with a great service. We did a tasting menu which provided Giada's most representative dishes. Everything was fantastic, tasty and elegantly presented. Definitely will come back in the future.
Btw....the brussel sprouts, best I ever had!
Not worth the money- extremely overpriced for what you get. Regretted going there after meal was over.... not a $400 meal in my opinion.
The table we had was perfect overlooking the strip, the service was great and the food, oh the food was wonderful!!!
Perfect way to celebrate my bday with friends & family at Giadas. Btw it was my 2nd birthday celebration there. Liked it so much last year but this year we had a much better table & waiter. Thank you!
Impeccable brunch experience. Highly recommend the tasting menu. A window table is absolutely worth the wait.
Our server had great recommendations. We shared the sausage pizzetta for an appetizer and it was delicious! All the food was amazing and it was worth every penny. Delicious and beautiful place for a Sunday brunch.
