The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.
Our server made the meal a great experience as she was great with our 2 year old grandson.
Customer service was great. Appetizers and entree were awesome portions
Rib eye was burned And overdone. Place neede cleaning. Limited menue that needs improvement. Wife enjoyed her meal. Mine was aisaster
Great, upscale dining with a creative yet comfortable menu. I had the meatloaf and the notes of horseradish were lovely. My date had the shrimp and lobster linguini and there were large, tender chunks of lobster mixed with large, perfectly cooked shrimp.
I was disappointed because I was expecting that a cotton candy will be served after we gave our 20 % tip but it didn't happen. It was our first family date and in the reviews everyone is saying that the candy is good 😔
Fantastic restaurant. I treated my mother and wife to a Mother's Day dinner here and I was not disappointed. From the moment we were seated until the moment we rose to leave, the staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. The food was well prepared and it was brought out in timely fashion. I will return.
Mother’s Day dinner was nice but the waiter left us without drinks for nearly 15 minutes and did not check to make sure our food came out of the kitchen correctly until we were 3/4 through our meal. He then stopped by one more time at which time I told him that we needed the check because we did not know when he could be back. Food was great just a bad night for service.
Although we had reservations there was some problem with our table so they delayed seating us since we could not take high top seating with 93 year old grandmother with us. Took a little while for order to be taken but the worst was the wait between ordering and the time food arrived. Three of us ordered steaks and they were extremely charred on the outside, I had to use steak sauce to make it edible which I normally never use. Would have sent back but was starving and had already waited a long time for food to arrive. Food and service not worth the money, I expected better service and food quality for the cost of our meals.
The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Was a little disappointed that the menu presented was not the same as the one online for Mother's Day.
The prices were a bit high.
Our server was nice, but very business like.
We went for Mother's Day Brunch. I made reservations a few days prior, so we were seated quickly. The restaurant was as busy as I'd anticipated considering the holiday, but we noticed other tables near us, who were seated after ours, received their meals well before we did. But the food was delicious and plentiful. I'm interested in returning on a less popular day.
Grillfire is a nice place away from the crowds of Arundel Mills. Great ambience in both the restaurant and bar area. The food has always been good, as has the service. Would recommend!
Mother’s Day breakfast. Wasn’t busy at all Food was good, and came out quickly. Service was not up to my standards, especially since it wasn’t busy.
Mother’s Day Brunch.
Great location for business meetings. Accessable, plenty of parking and great service!
After wedding brunch
I tried George Martin Grill for the first time last Friday evening and was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. It was a great dining experience and the desert menu was different which was a refreshing surprise. Nice Place.
great dinner as always! LOVE that Brussel sprout app!
The food was good. Absolutely no complaints about that. The service, on the other hand, was just fair. We sat for almost 10 minutes before anyone coming over with water and even longer waiting on bread and silverware. The waiter sporadically came to our table after being missing for lengthy periods of time and never made eye contact. Just a weird service experience overall.
I was not expecting much when I saw it was part of The Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant and bar were fairly full yet the noise level was reasonable.
The calamari was a little dried out but the lobster & shrimp fettuccini was amazing. I loved the cotton candy at the end.
Excellent food! Excellent crafted cocktails and craft beers! Excellent service! Excellent evening out!!
Shannon was our waitress and the bartender. She did an excellent job balancing both and she really hustled. I ordered never-ending Diet Coke with never-ending limes. My glass was always full and there was always a second full glass and plenty of limes. Amazingly so. Shannon was really amazing. Unfortunately the food was just so so. My husband ordered eggs over easy with ham and home fries. Ham was thin and tough, eggs were okay but cold, home fries were nothing to write home about. I ordered French toast with apple compote. It was nice but the syrup was cold as was the side order of bacon. Considering how empty the restaurant was I thought the food took a long time to come out of the kitchen. This restaurant is attached to a hotel and I would describe the food as typical Hotel food. Certainly not worth making a special trip for this restaurant.
Our server Tyler did an outstanding job of making my husband and daughter’s birthday celebration special for our family, even on an incredibly busy evening. Food was caringly prepared and delivered and his service was outstanding. So glad that we have Grillfire in our neighborhood— we live coming here!
Really enjoyed our meal here. Service was great.
Second time eating Here. The Meatloaf with brown gravy was very good. I usually don't like brown gravy but this was the best I ever had. I got the Creamed spinach which was the best I ever had. My wife had the Eggs Benedict and enjoyed them. I wouldn't mind coming here every Sunday.
It was our first visit to Grillfire but not our last. The service was excellent and so was the food. We were not rushed through our courses and enjoyed everything.
Food was just ok. Server very inattentive.
steak burger was awesome, server was really good. thx
This was our third visit. Service was great as usual. I ordered the Short Ribs this time. They were a bit tough to me. Portion size was great. The grits were only lukewarm. I reheated them the next day on low and that allowed the ribs to cook down more. The BBQ wings were very tasty! My husband ordered regular ribs and shrimp - they were melt in your mouth!
We will return but I will likely not order short ribs again...
We started with three classic appetizers; chili pop shrimp, brussel sprouts, and tuna nachos , a great satisfying variety. We enjoyed them with the delicious complimentary bread. They have great hand crafted cocktails and the craft beer list has many options for our beer lover. Our entrees tuna, salmon (prepared two different ways), meatloaf, and a 10 oz pork chop were all excellent. The sides are really suggestions because they are very accommodating about switching the sides to your liking. Service is attentive. Matt the General Manager of both Grill Fire and its sister restaurant next door keeps a watchful eye on everything making sure that all runs smoothly while making the guests feel welcomed. Dessert here is worth having but either way we always enjoy the complimentary cotton candy. It really is a sweet happy ending. GrillFire does it all right!
Blackened Ahi Tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes was fantastic. I could live on those potatoes! Also enjoyed the wedge salad. Only complaints are that salads aren't included with the entrees and are an upcharge of $6 and it can get pretty loud. The cotton candy at the end of the meal is always a fun way to end the evening. Server (I think his name was Jerry) was awesome.
Service was very slow and the appetizer and the main dish were ready at the same time. The restaurant was not crowded.
The Brussels sprouts app was yummy as was my salad. My filet was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was attentive and polite.
Been here before and was good experience. Will come back again.
My fiancé and I had never been and a friend had randomly texted this place to me. We are two picky eaters along with my son and his fiancé who will eat almost anything. Our plates were cleaned and our tummies were happily filled.
Hadn't been here in a while, so thought would try as my client was staying at BWI hotel. Although the waiter (Jeff) was fine, thought the food was less than what it should be. Fettuccine cream sauce was too "soupy" I thought although the lobster and shrimp in this dish was fine. Overall, the dish seemed bland. Ditto for beet salad starter. Love beets, but there was not much exciting about that dish either. A couple of small beets and mostly greens. As I indicated, our service was fine.
To be fair, my colleagues had no real complaints so maybe it was just an off night for one of us...either the chef or myself. However, I probably won't rush back to this one.
well-done grilled food; averageish crab cake; music is too loud and too "Night at the Roxbury"; attentive service; hip decor
Great location to celebrate with family and friends. Brunch was excellent.
