Always a great experience. Our waiter, Marvin, was tremendous and knowledgeable. John the manager was spot on helpful. Not only a great environment, great food but the service is always exceptional.

The Thanksgiving Prefix meal was excellent. It was also delightful that Geoffrey’s offered vegetarian options for the occasion. Furthermore, in spite of having arrived early, a table was prepared shortly after with a great view of the nightly sky. Overall, a splendid experience.

We went to Geoffrey's to have Thanksgiving dinner. We were excited to go there because we had heard so much about it. Well, the good things we were looking forward to, quickly died as we arrived at the Valet parking. A madhouse of cars and frantic attendants parking cars. After that, we waited about fifteen minutes to be seated. We had asked for an ocean view. It was a windy day. So, they put us at a table at the back of the room with a "You will be shielded from the wind". Well, we were also shielded by a 1 foot by 1 foot stone column which narrowed the view from the back of the room to about 40% view. Also, we had all of the servers rushing behind and around us as we were at a point where they went just to the right or left of us, to the table served. Remember, we were at the very back of the room. We waited more than a few minutes and our order was taken. More waiting. The crab cake I had was mushy, and smelled strongly fishy. Then, I ordered the lamb shank which was not great. My partner had scallops, which were also very fishy, and had very mushy risotto base. Finally, the dessert came, a choice of two 1" x 3" chocolate nut bars, or a cookie with fruit on top. The server and others never welcomed us, no sense of warmth from anyone. To top this off the sound from the waiters, and all the people in the room made it hard to talk or hear. We were also surprised that they have plastic topped tables.It's not a good thing for cleanliness. If this was an elegant restaurant once, it sure it is not now. And to really top it off, there is a 4% charge for the waiters' salary, and a $12.00 valet charge. I did not tip the attendant for the car as I thought the $12 had part of his tip, and I walked to get my car. He followed me and dressed me down, saying, "You know, I work hard for my tips, even on Holidays." I didn't know why this restaurant would get all these bad reviews, before eating here. Now I know why. I will not return. Never, never again.

Had Thanksgiving Pre Fixe menu yesterday. Very busy but everything went so smoothly. Had to wait a bit for our table, but on such a beautiful day and in such beautiful surroundings, no problem. Service was excellent, food very good, and the valets worked so hard to keep cars getting in and out their extremely small lot with no issues. Kudos to all the staff for managing such a busy day in a way that didn't feel rushed or sacrifice on quality.

It would hard not to enjoy a visit to Geoffrey’s. They strive to do everything right. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked and the service was impeccable. Of course the view is always beautiful.

Upon arrival on time at 7:00 PM the hostess told us we have just two hours to eat before they had to turn the table. The restaurant was half full. It was kinda funny actually, but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole experience. The waiter and waitress were excellent. Pretty good food too.

Beautiful ocean views, attentive service, and great tasting food. We went for brunch and were seated against the glass railing overlooking the ocean and were well shaded under some umbrella’s. Food was quick and tasted great. Staff was very attentive.

I was blindsided by the reviews and suggestions from people I know to come here. The food was bland and the cocktails were not balanced. I was shocked by how revered this place is to get such mediocre food and service. The crab cakes tasted stale. The coconut shrimp had no flavor and the spicy mango martini tasted like juice in a glass with floating jalapeños. I thought perhaps it was our meals but the table behind us returned their chicken piccata and lobster salad for similar reasons. Besides the beautiful view of the ocean, I would not recommend anyone to spend money here. Sorry. If you want a place with a view, go anywhere else down the coast. The server wasn’t interested in even looking us in the face while we ordered. He just rushed to get our order and take off. $12 valet to move our car 20ft…. I pay high end prices for high end food and experience. This is not it if you’re looking for good food, drink and ambiance
