Gemma Ristorante - Permanently Closed Ratings and Reviews
Excellent!! It was our first time here and we loved it! We were surprised it wasn't busy on a Sat night. I guess there are too many choices in ARL to go to. But we will definitely return. The service was excellent too! Keep up the good work and hope word of mouth will bring in more business. Did I mention excellent?!!
Staff was friendly and courteous. As this was my first time using the Open Table Site, I had questions regarding such. They didn't seem to know anything about Open Table, and the staff didn't offer me a manager to talk to about my questions regarding Open Table. I did get my 100 points so I guess it's all good. The menu offered some interesting selections and I thought the food was great! I would recommend it, and I would definitely go again.
really nice looking restaurant, the website said dress code was smart casual, but right after we were seated 2 guys came in wearing homemade T-shirts and were seated right beside us
, but after seeing the prices they got up and left.
We had a reservation for 7:45 but they were almost empty. So we didn't even mention the reservation. Since it was not busy we were able to spend some time talking after dinner was over and paid the check.
To be fair to them, there was a party for a wedding rehearsal so it was not a good night for a trial run. First we asked for a booth, then mgr. said no, we had to move, then when we started to leave they said no they gave us the booth so we should stay. Very noisy due to party. Food good.
