The food was great. The service was great. I am a return customer and I will continue to be.
The waiter was ok, he would check up on us rarely. I think we saw him at-least twice within 2 hours in the beginning and well when we wanted our bill we had to look for him. The food was okay, a bit too much salt on everything. We had asked for a high chair and never received one for my daughter that was a negative thing too. But we had a good time the dancers were very cool.
Which it had dessert included on price. Too expensive to pay for kids. Not enough Buffett choices on food
Came here on a Wednesday night with friends and had a blast! The meats were plentiful and fresh. A tad salty, but still delicious! Service was attentive and on point! The Salad Bar and Hot Buffet were okay, but the meats was what I came for. The live Samba Dancing was fun and lively, and the girls were amazing and such sweethearts! I would definitely come back again!
Food wasn't as good as expected. The meats were very fatty.
We were there for my birthday. First time at their new location. It was awesome. Great food great service!
The food is great and the dancers are awesome
I think what would have made the experience exceptional would have been if the price included dessert . Our waitress was not very attentive but the guy bringing out the meat was on point.
OMG, loved the food, servers were so friendly and gracious. Can't wait to go back!!
It was a small group birthday and we had a lot of fun. We did not expect to have samba dancers which was a plus and everybody was extremely nice. Good service good food and good ambiance.
Excellent food and the show super awesome, I highly recommend
Despite encountering a crowd waiting to be seated at the entrance, we only had to wait about 10 minutes before being seated, ourselves. The staff seemed to be a little harried when we arrived, but we were able to get our drinks ordered and began feasting in a timely manner.
Favorite meats at our table were the Picanha, and Skirt Steak, as both were perfectly roasted and seasoned. Also, the Brazilian Sausage was met with delight. The cheese rolls are always a temptation. Also, having chimichurri available at the salad bar is always a plus.
The place can be a little loud, so if you are looking for a more intimate atmosphere, this may not be your spot.
Not your everyday dinner, but once in awhile dinning. Love the people, they are super friendly and have great service.
Food is one of the best I have ever had
This is one of the best Brazilian BBQ restaurants I have been to . We went to celebrate a special occasion and the staff was very nice and accommodating.
2nd time in 2 years since my sister moved to Woodland Hills, we love the food, service, people, entertainment and location. We recommend this to all of our friends visiting the area, or that already live near but never had this type of food. Cheese bread on point! Drinks are strong and worth the price. I even requested chicken hearts and they made a skewer just for me! YAY! Protein heaven! $35 all you can eat! Grilled pineapple helps to breakdown the meat so make sure to try a few slices! Such a great spot! Will be visiting again soon!
Less choices of meat and sides. No fried bananas. No Brazilian dancers. Too much stew.
Fun to try every now and then...a bit overpriced in my opinion...perhaps not if you come super hungry . don't ask for a dirty martini.. but otherwise full bar is nice .
Dancers were amazing! They performed hourly on a Saturday night, and got the crowd involved.. really fun atmosphere!
The food was good, a little over seasoned (salty/bold flavors!), but I loved it.. not everyone in my group was a fan though..
They have a buffet style area where you serve your own sides, and the meat comes to you! Plenty of choices to choose from, good service.. drinks weren't that great, but reasonably priced.
All of the meats. Even the buffet was great.
We were the 1st ones in on Sundayand had excellent 1 on 1 service. About 45 min the place got bombarded with customers. Even after the place got busy, the service was still great.
The food was dry and not tasty as before,we had to ask for pineapple otherwise not on the fire!! Quality definitely was not as good as before..
Good place to have fun with family and friends, really good food and drinks, nice people and service
Great service. Everyone who worked there was friendly and gracious. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because it wasn't perfect. However, I've never been to a perfect restaurant. I would highly recommend Gaucho's to anyone.
We have went here many times and the whole staff is amazing but our best experience is with the pasador that brings the meats who always asks us what we want and how much we want and he cares about what he does.
Went on Mother's Day. The service was Excellent !!! They kept offering our party the most delicious food choices. Waiter was terrific.
Great service. Great food and always a great way yo enjoy brazilian bbq
First time back since Gaucho's relocation. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Not as good as it used to be. The new location is a poor representation of its old self.
We were there about nine years ago and the food and service were very good. Not this time. The meat was extra salty and at times we could find the waiter. The hostess had to get us water. We will not be going back.
I've frequented a Brazilian charcuterie (now closed) that had worse service and atmosphere, but the meat was very good. They constantly rotated skewers so everything was cooked to perfection. At Gaucho's Village, everything was overcooked.
A bit pricey, but if you love Brazilian BBQ it's worth the visit.
I made a reservation to Gaucho Village because I had a great experience a couple of years back when they were at a different location. I only gave it a three stars because of the fact that the food took forever to reach us. Some of the selections seemed overlooked and lacking flavor. The manager did come and check on us and apologized of the delay in the kitchen. Another issue was the entertainment. The other location had a stage and had more dancers. This new location has the dancing around but not centralized. Lastly, customer service was lacking. There were staff being rude to a customer on the phone and made some negative comments at the end. Not good business practice.
Could have had a better valentines environment for the price!!
The hostess seemed overwhelmed. The food was just ok. A few of the meats were dry. There was a 30 minute lull where nothing was coming out of the kitchen at all. The sangria was good. Salad bar was decent. Fogo De Chou has nothing to worry about.
The tables are so close together I felt uncomfortable. The buffet food was not great and many of the appetizers were actually cold (like asparagus, yuck!). The beef cuts were actually very good, but the men walking around with the different types never returned with what you asked for after THEY asked YOU what you wanted. Don't ask me if you aren't going to bring it!
The dancers were cool, but it was so crowded I had a hard time seeing them and the music they played had it's speaker right next to our tables, it was so uncomfortable. I will NOT be returning to this restaurant. I wish they still had their old locations, other than cold buffet food, everything else would have been much better in the wider space. TISK TISK sparing quality for costs.
Food was good but most of them were very salty. Drank water all night after meal. Service was good; the Brazilian meat and Pineapple were excellent. Went there to celebrate birthday.
I Asked for garlic beef, an hour later there still no garlic beef reason was still cooking. They keep pushing the pineapple and French fries to our table appx 10 times, chicken only twice, very tough sirloin and tritip no flavor and to the table appx 6 or 7 times, pork spare ribs once, l ask for the more pork ribs and garlic beef numerous times never got any. We had a very disappointing brunch and we still tip 18%.
The food was good, as usual, although they did not stopped by with filet mignon more than once in almost two hours, and they overcharged me on caipirinhas (but they corrected the bill, when I told them about the mistake). The big disappointment was actually the so called samba show: two girls who made an appearance of no more than 3 minutes and did nothing more than shake their butts and their "wings". It was pitiful. I remember how great the show was when they were on Brand Boulevard and I deplore the change. this place has no stage, cannot play live music, and the talented dancers they had in the pasta re gone, and for good reasons. Too bad.
This place states it's to dine with entertainment. They call 2 Brazilian dancers, entertainment ! they danced for 5 minutes (if that), and only for 1 section of the restaurant. They sat my party of 5 in a section don't come around.
The food is OK for the price.
But the Margaritas with cheap tequila are WAY OVERPRICED!!! The server was a bit rude, and they charged me $53.00 for tip- this is ridiculous.
Online states tips included for party of 6 or more - they will take your money one way or another.
I don't recommend this place!!
$5 for bananas is not bad but please tell the customer before hand. Being nickel and dimed at an all you can eat restaurant just left a bad taste. The meat was not really good and the cuts were cheap. I would recommend agora churraacaria down in Irvine which is significantly better in quality, taste and value.
