Piccadilly is our flagship restaurant, set in a beautiful townhouse just off Regent Street, encompassing the ultimate Gaucho experience in the West End. Impeccable Argentinian steaks, flavours of Latin America and a perfectly curated drinks list are all enjoyed in uncompromised elegance in the former home of a Spanish Ambassador.
This impressive restaurant boasts a variety of unique spaces that soar over three stories. At ground level, you have our warm and welcoming dining room with adjoining weather-proof terrace. As you ascend the original sweeping staircase, you’ll find another dining space with a spectacular open kitchen, where we host our legendary Electro brunch, as well as a myriad of gorgeous private rooms – one inspired by our former Spanish resident.

The well advertised stake main course ( spiral lomo ...)
was not as tender , neither was cooked up to the standard I was expected accordingly to the cost of the dish and the reputation of the restaurant
Fantastic evening and the service was exceptional!
We had a great evening celebrating out anniversary at Gaucho’s
This was my third visit to Gaucho but my first to the Piccadilly restaurant. I was slightly disappointed with the service and ambience in comparison to the O2 venue. The attention to detail wasn’t as apparent and felt a little rushed. Always happy to pay higher end prices if the complete experience is met
The restaurant was great, the food was fantastic, great customer service,.
This is the second time we have visited the Piccadilly Resrurant. It has a lovely calm feel about it, felt very relaxed during the whole meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, best piece of steak I’ve had in a long time.
Best steak I have ever had. Always heard about this place but this was mu first visit and I will definitely visit again.
Excellent place to have a steak in a tranquil atmosphere. Excellent food and service. We had so much food and could finish it. Packed some of the steak home and after a day, I had in the microwave and it tasted even better. Waoh!!!!
We enjoyed a very nice evening on the terrace. One sits very quietly in a side street. The service was very warm, from the nice reception to the farewell. The quality of the steaks fulfilled the high expectations and also the wine recommendation of the sommelier was excellent! We are always happy to be a guest again.
Everything from start to finish was amazing. Reserved a table to celebrate a bday and a promotion, and the service we received was outstanding from the moment we walked in . Food is incredible, the special instructions I had left regarding having a bottle of Champagne ready at the table were taken on board and prepared for. Waitress looking after us that evening was very friendly, patient and vigilant of our glasses and if they needed a top up, without interrupting conversation etc.
Would highly and very likely to go again.
The only thing I would say was that the bottle of Champagne prepared for us ended up being the Brut black label (which was amazing) but automatically £130 of the bill . The bottle I had in mind was the yellow label bottle. I cannot hold this against the Restaurant but it was a bit of a shock at the end . Not enough to spoil the evening in any way but just a bit surprising .
Also you have done a reservation an accurate welcome by the staff behind the desk is not provided!
Service was superb, not OTT but super friendly, helpful and fun - everyone smiles!
Steak was unreal, perfectly cooked Fillet and sides were fantastic, genuinely couldn't fault our visit from start to finish.
Wonderful staff and atmosphere, food was amazing will definitely recommend to friends
Cibo e servizio molto buoni; ambiente troppo rumoroso e prezzo un po’ alto, comunque in linea con i ristoranti londinesi
Nice venue. Good location.
Food was good but not excellent. Service was very good.
We made the reservation for the 1 st floor. At arriving we were send to a table on the ground floor. Asking why we werd told that the 1 st floor is closed. Sorry but ground floor and 1 st floor is not the same experience. I would never book ground floor. Then we had to sit on a much to small table for 7 persons.
Really not exciting and not a good memory at gaucho picadilly.
We had booked as on previous visits we had the Sunday roast. On this visit the Sunday roast wasn't shown on the menu. We asked and were told it was available and there should have been a menu for it in the folder. The service seem very rushed when ordering but actually getting our drinks took a long time
Having been a to Gauchos on numerous occasions but this time it didn’t live up to my previous experiences.
On request for a wine recommendation all choices given was for wines over £150 despite having over 300 on their list, this without asking if there is a budget for it!
The food was not the previous high standard, when ordering the dessert Don Pedro it was served with the walnuts missing and no comment on it until I mentioned it, saying that today’s walnuts were of a substandard quality hence they been omitted.
Overall not a n experience to go back for.
We had a great evening out. Fantastic service & food. I would definitely recomend it.
It was great
However it was rather unfortunate as it coincided with the pride parade and the noise was unbearable
Fabulous fillet steak as usual! Chef also made me a tomato and red onion salad and spicy tomato sauce, thank you!!
Always a great place to eat... Place "buzzing" with great atmosphere..Food very good, although my steak ( sirloin ) not as good as previous visits...Wasn't bad enough to complain, but have had better..My wife had rump, which was excellent..Overall a great night out... You must visit the Gouch in Manchester...superb..better than Swallow street....You must visit one of the restaurants, and wyou will be sure to return...
Generally, the staff seem selectively rude but our server was quite nice. I went on my birthday and regret going.
Waiter was lovely. Manager was horrendous. Patronising. Rude. Sulky. Really made us feel awful that we had the set menu. Will never go back again.
Great service and the food was very good, will be here again
As a carnivore, Gaucho is one of my favourite restaurants and the Piccadilly venue has plenty of outdoor seating for sunny days like yesterday. We went for the 2 course set menu which has enough choice for lunch. The food was its usual good quality. The music outside was unfamiliar and a little too loud but apart from that, a thoroughly enjoyable lunch.
Great steak (we had fillet and rib eye), attentive servers but slightly over seasoned fries.
Really good food and a bit out of the way.
Such a great and classy place to go for dinner! 100% going again.
Thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service and the atmosphere. The only downside was that we were sat next the the smoking area.
Late afternoon pre theatre dinner. Steaks were cooked as requested, my wife really enjoyed her fillet, however my rib eye was nothing special. Service was excellent and we enjoyed the after dinner drinks in outside area.
The quality and freshness of the all the meats (including fish) were amazing, as well as the unbeatable flavour of all the side sauces and the cheesecake dessert was top! Super creamy and flavourful. Loved all of it. Also I want to thank the staff of the restaurant as they added a Happy Anniversary detail in the dish of the dessert 🥰😍🙌🏼
From the greetings outside to the exit later in the evening we had a fantastic time. Our guest of honour got special attention, the service was outstanding, and the food, especially the beef and the cheesecake, were out of this world. Will be visiting again!
En general estuvo bien, pero la comida no era lo que esperaba. Utilizan algún tipo de condimento que nos trajo problemas digestivos al día siguiente. Difícilmente lo recomendaría.
Great food, great service, highly recommend. Anyone who has anything bad to say about this place has just no idea, it's a brilliant place.
Thanks very much for leaving us a 5-star review. We do offer a fantastic 3-course set menu for £26 per person that is available everyday from 12pm-7pm, I'd suggest to try it next time you join us for a meal! See you soon.
Been here many times.
Good overall. Meat as ever was great, but the chips were ‘old’ they weren’t freshly made. This made them luke warm and rubbery. I didn’t finish mine, a first for me.
£150 for 2 people who only had one course, beers and a glass of wine is very expensive.
On behalf of the restaurant, I do apologise that your experience wasn't to the standard that we are renowned for and we regret that we missed the mark. I would love to have the chance to welcome you and your guests back and show you the true Gaucho experience. Please ask for me - Will, next time you're in and I'll see that your experience is perfect.
Was excellent - special gift for me and my girlfriend's anniversary was greatly appreciated.

We arrived 15 minutes early and were asked to have a drink in the bar, shown to a table by the lady on reception, the drink wasn't an issue at all but we were then forgotten about and 5 minutes after our time slot I returned to check in and she had no knowledge of ever speaking to me which I found quite rude. There were a table of 10 in the bar at the same time and they were collected and shown to their tables.
The food was lovely but the service was all over the place with staff visibly getting stroppy with each other. It was a long wait before someone took our food order (it wasn't a busy period). None of the waitresses seemed to know what table number we were and paused and asked a waiter each time food was brought to the table.
All in all food was very nice but not sure I've received service so poor before.
