Everything thing you could want in a fine dining restaurant. From the welcome to the waiters to the food it was all excellent. If you love cheese do not skip the cheese course. The variety is outstanding.

We went to dinner for birthday. This is my all time favorite restaurant!! The food is OUTSTANDING and the service is impeccable. And the breakfast muffin they give is such a delicious treat. Can’t wait to go back.

Gary Danko is one of my favorite restaurants in SF. Their food is delicious with generous portion sizes and always consistent. The service is always impeccable and I really don’t understand how they can lose their Michelin star. That is truly a crime. I’ve been a fan of this place since my first time in 2006 and they always deliver and stand the test of time, just like House of Prime Rib.

Such a lovely evening last night celebrating a senior family member's birthday. All of the waitstaff took great care of us and our captain of the staff did a fantastic job, keeping us informed, helped with recommendations and guided the other diners to complete satisfaction. While there can be nights where the overall experience takes a slight dip, last night's was excellent where it felt like Gary Danko of the 1990s. Quality of food and execution were also very on point. Filet mignon course was very popular at the table, and my lemon pepper crusted duck breast was great too. We look forward to returning again next time.

This was our first visit since the pandemic I was little surprise there was several major changes. First of all the quality of food was very disappointing our first course hot meals was delivered nice and hot. But the rest of the hot meal was served lukewarm especially all the Risotto was served lukewarm to cold. but the selection of bread was very disappointing. The service was good it came across very stiffed definitely not like the old days.
