Not a restaurant I plan on visiting again, ever.

Great place to eat before any game at one of the neighboring sports facilities. Food was good, but we were surprised that the menu is somewhat limited. The service was excellent with a very friendly, efficient server.
Food is pretty good but the service is poor. I know that they are slammed prior to D-backs games but that is no excuse for it to take 10+ minutes to get a beer delivered or 40 minutes for an order of wings!
Nothing stood out. The restaurant was CLOSED! I was VERY disappointed when I arrived and it was closed. Why in the world would open table allow me to make a reservation at a restaurant that was closed?!
We went before the baseball games and really enjoyed it. The Nachos are a personal favorite and the service is always above and beyond. Especially love the option for making a reservation and the ease online was terrific!
The place is always very busy.
Considering it has limited hours, seems they could hire a few more servers. We were seated next to an exit, constant distractions.
A great atmosphere and great location. Bar food but at a bit higher scale and quality. A fun spot especially if you are also going to a Dback game.
Charles was great server.food average but ok.will be back
Having the table reserved is a definite when attending before a D-Backs game. The crowd was energetic and the ambiance was what you would expect before a ball game. However, the food was average with a limited menu. The burger I had was good as was the Nacho appetizer. However my friend had the brisket sandwich and the beef was roughly 1/3 fat. They did a poor job of trimming the brisket. Value for the location seems to be about right for the location.
Service was rather poor as we waited for quite some time for the food to arrive as well as to have drink orders refilled. Let's face it before a ball game, what do you think most people are there for... We also sat and waited for roughly 12-15 min. to pay the check after it was brought to the table. While the wait staff was extremely friendly and built a good rapport with patrons, I think they may have been understaffed.
I read several of the reviews, both good and bad, for Game 7 Grill. I don't know what people were expecting, but my party all thought that it was good pub food. We were on our way to a AZ Diamondbacks game and wanted something close to the park. You can't get much closer than right outside of the gate. I have a food allergy, so I called a few days before the game to see what they had to offer me. I had to leave a message because they had not opened yet for the day and a short time later received a call back from the sous chef to answer my questions. He also emailed me a list of the menu items that I was safe to order. Talk about service! We also got excellent service from the waitress that was serving us. I was able to book a reservation online through Open Table and we were set for the night!
Just plain wretched barbecue. Meats, both pork and beef, contained a lot of fat and gristle.
Would not eat here if it were for free.
Open Table makes this a good options for a confirmed restaurant seat on game day. Food is acceptable and price competitive with others around the ballpark.
Food was great! Service was excellent. Diamondbacks had a game and the place was packed...but glad we made reservations and we were seated immediately and had our food quickly and was out in an hour. Amazing service and our server did an awesome job. Ginny Mathys
This place was totally unprepared for a crowd. But they're only open when there's a crowd! Understaffed... Food took an hour to get. One round of drinks received but three ordered! Server could not remember which table got which orders! Ugh..... Will not be going back.....
Everything was fresh, and the smoked chicken was delicious. Highly recommend! Definitely get a reservation if you are going just before a Dbacks game.
Great service, very accommodating staff that go out if their way to service your needs. Food was good
Not a place for a light lunch or if you are diet conscious.
Not an inviting, friendly atmosphere. Guys who work there walking around with scowls on their faces. No food service outside. Sliders was much better
Waitress was great. Location good to go in early to get the give away item, return to eat and then get into the game. Food was good. Prices not too much higher than a non-ballpark venue, but on par with the area.
We met some friends at Game Seven before a Dbacks game. Since it's right next to the ballpark, it's perfect for game nights. I like the fact that you can make a reservation to hold a table since things can get pretty busy on game nights. We were seated outside at the opposite end of the patio from the live band, which was good for us since we wanted to be able to chat. Our server was nice enough, but appeared to be either new or a bit distracted with errors in order taking and parts of the meal being delivered late. Despite the shakey service, the food was very good! Several of us had the BBQ brisket sandwich, which was tender and flavorful, without too much BBQ sauce. Overall, I would go again and hope for a more organized server.
We visited this restaurant before heading into Chase Field. We appreciated that they called before our arrival to confirm our reservation and to ask if we wanted to be seated inside or outside. Upon arrival, we were seated inside and a table was waiting. Our server, Ally, was terrific. The food was decent, but nothing memorable, and the choices are a bit limited. This is basically a "burger, barbeque and beer" spot, with a few variations like chicken nachos and flatbreads, and the place is not cheap. For what we ordered (and we did not have any alcohol), and considering the type of sports bar, we thought that our selections were over-priced. You're really paying for the convenience of eating at the ballpark's entrance.
