Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. I would definitely return.
The rap music was very loud, so when the room filled up everybody had to yell. But food was great and staff was friendly
Wonderful small restaurant. My daughter is gluten free, and their pasta is some of the best she has found. I had spaghetti with clams and mussels, and it was so very good.
Great food, nice atmosphere but medium service level unfortunately.
Service was rushed at the beginning; however, some of the staff were really nice. Food was unimpressive, the vongole pasta was good, and the caprese pasta had too much cheese and nothing to write about.
The hostess was extremely nice and accommodating even though our table wasn’t ready right away. The food and service was amazing. Will definitely be returning.
Great evening at Galli! From the moment that we we greeted at the door, through our meal everything was fantastic!! Great food, great ambiance, terrific service!! A great find in Soho!
We had an outstanding Easter.
Food was outstanding and service was very good. Hidden gem in Soho. Went there for Easter Brunch/Lunch with family - party of 6 and was surprised with the quality of the food and the value. Great cocktail list and cool ambience too. Would definitely recommend especially if your travels have you in downtown Manhattan in the Soho area.
AMAZING! LOVED THE ENERGY!
Good. A bit loud with not the music I would have expected
Excellent food and wine! Dining room was very busy... both good and bad... popular but tight which meant low intimacy if you're looking for that.
Service was bad. Food was decent. Free wine was worth it.
Such an amazing place ! We showed up with two more people than we had reserved for and they were very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of the whole nignt ! Not to mention how great the food and cocktails were. Would definitely recommend for a birthday dinner ! Everyone loved it.
Great ambiance and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming here again
We loved it! There was such a nice atmosphere with the skylight and the air was nice. We had a great waiter and got all that we asked right away. We were amazed at the prices and how reasonable they were compared to Boston where we came from. Thank you for a fantastic brunch!
This restaurant was very elegant while also not being too pricey! The food was delicious. The only thing that was off was the fact that the light randomly went dim and it was difficult too see around
Great place! Jessica was our bartender and she was so awesome we gave up our reservations at a table and sat at the bar and ate and drank there. All of her recommendations were spot on. She was a great conversationalist, knew when to leave us alone and when to be attentative. She really made the experience great. The food was excellent. Loved the meatball sliders and the veal saltimbucco. Even their Greek salad was great! Highly recommend this for any occasion but for a great eating experience a the bar with a very professional yet personable and good bartender, go here.
A perfect brunch while in the city. Great food, attentive service. We looked at the dinner menu and it looked wonderful as well. We had salads and omelette, but pasta looked amazing. Will recommend and return.
Went here for our 3yr wedding anniversary and the ambiance, decor and service were wonderful. I had the Norma pasta which was delicious. My husband had the pesto pasta with chicken which was good but could be better. The back area was a lil noisy with tight spaces but great as it added energy to the room. Overall a wonderful experience!!
Great food, loved the local feel of the place. Recommended for a dinner with friends.
I picked this restaurant for my baby celebration with friends dinner because I’ve had several great lunches there.
I chose the shrimp salad, which is my fave there, but it was a tower of greens with 4 small shrimp. I recommend this plate to my friend and we wee both disappointed.
Service was ok.
Ambiance is really nice.
Big menu, big portions, great ambiance, good prices - solid "new Italian" place. Will be back!
We have been there many times and it just keeps getting louder and louder to the point you can only hear yourself. Also, they focus on parties and less on tables of four or less. While the food is good they could not accommodate any changes from the menu because of their attention to their large parties. Tt was not a pleasant dining experience at all and we are unlikely to go again.
Nice service. Tasty food. Nice vibe.
Good value considering overall. They know abou italian cuisine and wines.
We came here for my birthday dinner for a group of 8. Food was very good classic Italian, service was excellent which was a nice surprise considering how busy it was and there were 8 of us. I enjoyed all of it.
The three of us had a great time. The atmosphere was festive, and the food and service were excellent.
I loved the veal and carbonara. I loved dining with Kendrick Lamar and Cardi B playing over the speakers.
Great food and great service - happy hour until 7 is perfect and there is a fun selection of cocktails.
I like the place and the food is fine. But the music is too loud and I couldn't enjoy my time like that. I don't understand why the place is so loud.
The neighborhood was terrific and the food was very nice. However, the music and sound level were incredibly loud. It was extremely difficult to have a conversation with my date who was sitting a very short distance away from me. Unfortunately, that ruined the experience for me.
We were 1/2 an hour late for the 4:30 reservation due to a train fiasco, but we were still able to be seated, whew. We thought we needed to be out for a 6:30 reservation, but the manager happened to check in with us right around that time, and instead of being kicked out we scored a free dessert! Wow, so nice! The food and drinks were both excellent, and the ambiance was classy and intimate. Great spot.
I had a reservation for 8 of my coworkers of varying ages. The atmosphere was cozy and fun. We met at the bar to have a drink before dinner, the bar is small but the happy hour prices were good. We enjoyed good, reasonably priced wine with dinner. We shared a bunch of apps which were small so we ordered multiples of some. Tuna Tartar was great, as were the sliders. I had the "Vodka" for dinner, which was a take on penne vodka with prosciutto. It was the perfect bit of spicy and really tasty. The pasta portions were on the smaller side, but perfect as to not bring home any left overs. We stayed and had more wine after dinner and did not feel rushed at all. The service was very good, our glasses were never empty but they certainly did not feel over bearing as can be common. This would probably be a great place for a date.
The staff was excellent, & the cocktails were well executed. Most of our entrees were ok, but not exciting. The pasta in the Amatriciana was on the undercooked side of al dente, & the kale salad was so dry that I had no interest in eating it. We went on a Friday night, & it was probably one of the loudest dining experiences I've ever had. A great place to party, but tough for dinner.
birthday- what a wonderful place!
Expect to have a quick dinner here. After our main course was cleared, the server came by, with the check in hand, and advised that the restaurant needed the table for the next guests.
We met some friends at Galli for dinner. We found the food, service and overall value excellent!
I love this restaurant! Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Best chicken parm in the city!
Food was good. Portions are small. Pasta is cheap so we were all surprised at how little we got. None of us left full. The appetizers were small also. You can’t share an appetizer. Actually each person would have to order an appetizer, salad and entree to feel like you had a meal and not a light dish. Food tasted good. And I liked the staff and atmosphere but next time would order more.
