Amazing food and a great staff.
Had Saturday brunch here and it was delicious, very fast and good service!
Food was okay but it was quite dark inside. Music vibes changed with every song which was a little confusing.
So many bugs and food was not good , service was ok , very expensive , the worse was the dirty place
We made reservations ahead of time but the Neve reserve a table we end up sitting in the garbage area
I would never come to this place again. I made reservations at 9 and sat at the table for a hour and half for just a appetizer or something to come out and NO FOOD CAME. Absolutely the worst place I’ve been, the waiter didn’t even care to check in on us, all we was told was the kitchen was busy. We wondered how could that be if the people who came way after us got there food. One can mess it up for everyone. We came with the intention to be a blessing to someone and came not just to eat but to bless someone with a LARGE tip because we understood most restaurants has have had it rough during the pandemic. However we definitely left and went to cafeteria which food is amazing, and we left a large impact there. It’s crazy they have people who don’t represent the company or restaurant in the correct way. Anyone reading this, GO TO CAFETERIA ON 14th…
All diners in our party loved their food, looking forward to returning.
Excellent food, great appetizers and pasta! Great service
Lovely spot in Soho with excellent food and chill vibe.
We went to this restaurant after reading some positive reviews. The ambiance and service was great but there was nothing special about the food. I had the branzino and it had no flavor. The same thing happened with my husband’s Seafood pasta.
Their AC on the inside wasn't working. So we left as fast as we could with actually getting to enjoy the place.
Service was so slow and there were only 3 tables
As we walked in, there wasnt anyone in the restaurant.
The music was Rap, loud and with swearing lyrics. This is NOT a child friendly restaurant!! The child is 6 years old.
There was 4 employees by the kitchen talking. Noone greeted us as we waited and waited.
They brought us to a back room where a couple was done eating and waiting for their bill.
It took forever for the server to come and take our drink order.
Then once the drinks were delivered. I said we can order now. He said ok and walked away. Another 10 minutes went by and he took our order.
Never asked if we needed another drink. Food arrived by someone else and he never came by to see how our food was. Again, there was only us and another table had finished and one table came in. Noone was outside dining.
The food was not that great for the price.
Our plates were never cleared until i asked a busser to clear them please.
(Why they need a busser when only 3 tables in whole restaurant and it was lunch time)
We sat and sat and sat and sat waiting for our check. I finally got up and went to the hostess station where 3 employees were standing there talking. Noone asked if i needed anything, i asked if I could please get our check. Another 5 minutes waiting. Our server comes up and hands me the check and stands there waiting for it!!!!
The bill was almost 100. 00 for lunch.
I DID NOT leave a tip!!!!
The server was obnoxious and arrogant to say the least.
I have been in the food and beverage industry my whole life. This was unbelievable!! And mind you, my tips are way way above 25%.
DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN
DELICIOUS FOOD! All of the staff was extremely welcoming.
Consistently delicious food for amazing prices.
Had an excellent meal here, only 3 stars for ambiance because we were outside and there were fruit flies everywhere, which I understand can't be helped to an extent. Other than that everything was perfect!
Awful experience - waiter was rude, impatient, food took a whole hour to come out (not even the appetizers). Food was not good at all, I can make a better pasta than what I paid for. Unfortunate that this is an "Italian" restaurant.
I frequent this restaurant at least 6 to 8 times a year for the past few years but last night was the worst experience I’ve had with them to date.
We had to be seated at the bar because they didn’t have seats available for my reservation due to the rain.
My friend ordered a margarita that didn’t taste like a margarita. The bartender was kind enough to adjust it but she ended up leaving it unfinished.
It takes about 15 minutes for our food order to be placed with the bartender and after that another 20 -25 minutes go by and I notice food sitting on the counter. I then ask (beyond hungry at this point) if that is our food.
Understandably The bartender says he’ll get a Runner to check on our order because he was very busy.
Another 10 minutes go by before our food is brought over. I’m livid because it was the same food that has been sitting for at least 20 minutes…it’s cold. The Runner apologizes and gets our food reheated. He was nice.
The Staff are always nice here but this experience makes me not want to visit this restaurant for another six months if it all again in the future.
Even trying to pay the bill was a hassle. Everyone one was unavailable for patrons sitting at the bar I guess ?
What was supposed to be a 45 minute girls dinner turned into 90 minutes of annoyance
I tipped according to the service I received 🙄
Love this restaurant! Italian comfort food at its finest, with some seriously high-quality ingredients. Great outdoor seating space. Loved our server. Highly recommended.
Although I have had dinner here in the past this visit was not great there was one waiter for the entire restaurant not his fault but the restaurant in general could’ve managed this much better the wait food and drinks was just ridiculous. The bar had no stock. The place was literally so dark I had to use the candle on the table to see the menu will probably not go back again
we made a fairly last minute reservation..outside, then it rained...the hostess was great!!! got us a table inside in a short time......not a great table, but hey, we were inside
my only criticism would be that we were ignored by our waiter for at least 10 minutes...I know everyone is short staffed right now, and we are patient...but just acknowledge people!!! once he came to the table we ordered everything right then. it came pretty quick and all was delicious
Food was disappointing with unsatisfactory portions. Ordered gnocchi with pesto and received 8 small dry pieces.
Quick lunch and really great choice. We ordered the chicken sliders and a Caesar salad and shared both. They were really tasty and so much food we couldn’t finish. Service was great.
Service was great and food is good but it’s too expensive for what it is.
Very difficult to order an after dinner drink (amaro). Not on the drink menu. Bartender was rude and not knowledgeable. Was like pulling teeth to get a glass of Amaro Montenegro.
The drinks were strong the service was good. The food was ok, nothing special. Wouldn’t come back.
Food was lacking in taste. Only good thing was the brownie. I will go back to have that brownie again.
The food was fine and the service was good. The music was very very loud - they were playing hip hop and when we asked them to lower it they wouldn’t.
Out of half their menu, got our appetizers after entree, missing standard cocktails
We waited for over 30 minutes for drinks. Got stale bread while waiting. Then left since a server didn’t take our order.
Horrible experience. We’ve been here many times prior to the pandemic (you could say regulars) and experience was was decent at bar. This experience was bad. Upon entrance, was told there was no bartender and no bar seating, okay (will revisit later). Ordered brunch and unlimited drinks. Waited 15 minutes for first round of drinks, which never came and ultimately asked the busboy for (who brought them a few minutes later). Bread at table tasted like it was from 2 days prior (saw the table beside send theirs back with the same complaint). Food came about 30 minutes later. Food was definitely not the quality we’ve had before. Flavorless. Asked for salt and pepper, which was never brought. We physically went to bar to ask for an additional cocktail. Cocktails (Aperol Spritz) tasted substantially different each round, which was 4. Throughout meal, no one checked in. When we asked for the check, it came about 15 minutes later. Overall, horrible experience and will not be returning. A good friend of mine who was a regular agreed that the place has went downhill and stopped patronizing months ago. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this visit really stood out to me.
Overall it was decent! Our server was very nice & service was as pretty good. The person who sat us though seemed very confused & also gave us the wrong menus. The food was good but nothing super note worthy. The restaurant is cute & in a great location.
We have six people ordered six different pasta. All of them are extremely salty.
Food was average. Menu is small. Service was slow and had to keep asking for our server. For an Italian the wine list is also very small. We ordered apps to share: bureaus salad was nice, tuna tartar along with the the arugula salad but it was missing the prosciutto so had to ask for this which took some time. Had the mushroom pasta and pesto pasta for main, both good and tasty. Restaurant is pretty dark inside to not so easy to see to eat. Overall it was an average meal. Would not return
Very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and amazing expresso martini’s 😍😍
music was too loud and food was so so. service was very nice though!
Celebrated a birthday. Had a great time.
Food was okay. They served a lemon with the sticker still on which was strange. Dined outside and was nice to be able to have a conversation without overly loud music, which I appreciated.
This place was absolutely awful. I don’t even know where to begin, the food was stale and arrived very very late, we ordered the burger and the tuna tartar. The servers were not apologetic at all. Our first server sent over another server who also proceeded to neglect us, then while we were finishing our last round of drinks, the biggest kicker - huge rat ran past behind me on the awning of the patio of the outdoor dining area. DISGUSTING. I have ate out several times and rats do NOT graze my back as I’m enjoying a glass of wine. I yelped in horror and the server nor anyone else who saw the incident did nothing! We had to personally go up to them.
A waited an hour for my food and it never came. So I left.
People who got there after me and ordered way more than me, got their food forst
Amazing vibe and delicious food :)
