The food was absolutely delicious. The weight staff could not have been better. It is expensive, but it’s hard not to say it wasn’t worth it. It’s not an every week expense. It’s for a special occasion.

This is our second visit to the restaurant. As we live a bit over an hour away, that is the only reason we do not visit more often. We were a party of four. Were seated immediately. All service was excellent. My wife had the ravioli dish and one other person had the salmon.. I had the beef short ribs. My wife and I split a salad. Everything was cooked to perfection. The dishes were not skimpy. The salad we split appeared as if we each had a full salad. The short ribs surprised me as there was a lot of meat. My wife raved over the ravioli dish. Of course, we all had desert. Each party splitting a desert. AND...Of course, all were more than pleased. Whenever we come to Stockton, this is our first choice.

I took relatives visiting from Virginia there as they felt they owed me a " lavish feed" in payment for the many family dinners I had held in the past years when they vacationed here. They loved the food (service was a little slow)--seems we were told later the computer system went down. Anyhow, all in all they felt they had a "lavish feast"

Galletto’s, Modesto’s finest restaurant, has consistently high quality food and service. It’s our go to place for a nice dinner. We had the chicken and the pork chop, both were moist, excellent, tasty, perfectly done. Bar drinks were tasty and visually attractive.

First time eating at Gallettos and it was wonderful. Very beautiful and the food was great. Had the calamari appetizer to start and loved it. Then had the filet and it was perfect. A little pricey for what we are used to paying but was it was worth it. Will definitely be going back.

Everything was perfect! We ate outside and enjoyed the grapes hanging overhead. The service was efficient and our hostess very helpful and friendly. One diner said his salmon was the best he'd ever had! We all split entrees and were not charged an extra fee. We will definitely go back. A great place to eat prior to going to the Gallo Center!

Súper great and service and food!! The chef cooked everything super incredibly delicious and flavorful. I would go again with possibly more time and space in between courses so I can finish all my food. But everything was great and I’m looking forward to coming again!

We came today at 5:00 pm. I had Ribeye and it was the most delicious I had so far. Our waiter was good but she was lacking of personality. Good but not great. I would come Back but will hope for a better waiter.

We always love dining at Galletos. This time we chose your outdoor dining, because our favorite waiter Freddy was working on patio. It was awesome with the fans and beautiful scenery. The meal was wonderful. We had Caesar salads & ribeye steaks. Wonderful management running the place. Still our favorite place!

Cal (General Manager) was phenomenal. Very professional and went out of his way to take care of our party. Food was amazing, but that’s a given. Very much worth the price. Nice touch adding a specialty birthday message to the menu - be sure to share if you’re celebrating something with the restaurant before hand! Had a lovely time overall, and will be back again (and again)!

What a wonderful restaurant with fabulous food! The butter lettuce salad with green goddess dressing was heavenly. The ribeye steak and the braised pork chop were seared to perfection. The tiramisu is unbelievable! However, I do wish my ribeye steak had not been served in an oval metal dish with somewhat high sides. My knife kept hitting the sides of the dish, and it made it difficult to cut. A plate would have worked fine. Also, our service was a bit spotty, with long waits at times. We noticed a very large group of people going upstairs right after we entered the restaurant. We think the wait staff was trying to cover both upstairs and downstairs, and, as a result, the downstairs tables were left waiting too long at times. Overall, we will return to this restaurant because the food is delightful!

Amazing venue, decor inside and out was beautiful. Greeters and wait staff were all friendly and informative. The meal was easily Bay Area quality, the ravioli in particular was a favorite. We are also vegetarian and there were ample choices for us.
