   Food was not as good as we expected, I felt it was much cheaper quality than the price attached. Would not be likely to recommend to someone visiting New York. Disappointed to say this as we had quite high hopes for Gallaghers Steakhouse.

   First class service from start to finish.  Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food and the portion sizes were excellent. The ambience and decor inside was very classy.

   Had a really nice meal here, with great service. Waiting staff were very helpful with gluten free menu options.

   Nice experience - very old school steakhouse so what you would expect from that like excellent steak cooked perfectly, solid menu with good choices of sides, knowledgeable and attentive staff, beautiful decor. Started with the wedge salad which had delicious Roquefort chunks. I enjoyed the shrimp stuffed with crab which was 4 jumbo shrimp with large pieces of crab and a lovely sauce - it was delicious. Desserts were good too. My husband was celebrating his birthday and they surprised him with a chocolate molten cake when we ordered our key lime pie which I thought was very nice. Waiters were excellent and attentive. Highly recommend if you are in the area

   Our experience at Gallaghers was great. One of our party is a wheelchair user and the accessibility was good and the staff were very helpful. The food was great and overall our experience was excellent.
