   Sirloin cooked brilliantly. Fillet slightly dry in places but cooked well with great flavour. Good choice of sides and generous portions. Restaurant extremely busy. Whilst they have a lot of staff it feels very rushed and informal. For the price I would have expected slightly more. It isn’t the cheapest option but a great setting which feels like an old school authentic New York steak house. Good bar in the middle. Cocktails fair for the price.

   We had a phenomenal time. Wonderful meal, courteous, friendly and prompt staff. Great ambience and delicious steak. You won’t be disappointed. As first timers, special thanks to the wood delivery man with the pro tip of everyone ordering a different steak to then share.

    It was our first time visiting Gallagher’s. The food and the drinks were both outstanding. The steaks were perfectly cooked as ordered. The sides were huge and delicious. The service was impeccable. I have nothing negative to say as everything was perfect. We will be back very soon.

    Ordered porterhouse for 2 med-well and was over cooked.. steak went back and got a new one but now its rare!! by now our appetite had diminish and did not want to wait another 10 minute. can't believe this would happen in a high-end steakhouse.

    As a long-time fan of Gallagher's it is always a pleasure to take the opportunity to assure one and all that the restaurant is still on top of its game. The food is fresh, plentiful and quite appealing. It is served in a congenial atmosphere and the food, in short, is nothing less than spectacular. The noise level, sadly, is sometimes a bit over-the-top so conversation or in depth discussions are just not going to happen here. But the food (their blue cheese crusted filet mignon is nothing short of magnificent) is still the best in town.

    Want to splurge on great steaks and sides? Gallagher’s fits the bill. Great prime rib and other cuts. Pricey, but worth it. Good service, very noisy atmosphere. Extensive, expensive wine list. A memorable experience.

    Wonderful time! Staff were excellent, polite, courteous and answered all questions and brought us our food exactly they way we asked, with the substitutions we asked for without any hesitation. We told them I was our 41at anniversary and they brought out a cake (free of charge at the end of dinner). My wife felt so good. food was delicious. Pricey but worth it. we enjoyed ourselves and will go again.

    A bit overwhelming with the constant moving and talking from the serving staff. Food was very good. Service was good Seating was less than desirable. It felt like I was sitting in the kitchen.

    I arrived 45 minutes early for my 6:30 p.m. reservations. I was pleasantly surprised that the staff was willing and able to seat us. I had a wonderful time. The wait staff /server Robert was great. He was patient, knowledgeable about the menu. The attention Robert provided was if we were his only table. His personality was infectious such a joy and honor to have been placed at his table. I extend my graciousness to everyone at Gallagher I did not feel like a customer, it was more like dining with family. Thank-You the Stewart Family

    Gallaghers Steakhouse is a wonderful place! The service is always excellent and so is the food. We were about 45 minutes to our reservation, and when we checked to see if there was any chance we could get in earlier, they seated us right away. The $29 lunch special is my favorite!

    Great location. Definition of NY Steakhouse in terms of ambiance. Service was good but not great (a bit brash and rude at times). Steak was good but not mind blowing. Loved the meat locker. Great feel to.the place. Would return.

    This was a wonderful experience for dining. I loved the history and the ambience in the restaurant. The service was amazing and the food was even more delicious. The only thing I will say is that our reservation is at 7:30 and we weren’t seated until about 8:00. I understand that Restaurant is like this are very busy. However, we made a reservation months ago and if we showed up a half hour late, our table would have been gone so I just like what restaurants do that. We Would certainly go back and bring friends next time!
