Excellent food as usualm specially the RibEye steaks
We always come back to Gallagher's when my wife and I get away to Vegas. The food is excellent as is the service. You can't go wrong if you are a steak lover!
Made extra efforts and made our wedding anniversary very special
This was my first time at Gallagher's Steakhouse in Las Vegas. Reservations were easy to get for seven people. We were celebrating a 57th birthday for my brother in-law with a close group of friends. The menu was very well thought out and had enough variety for everyone. I had the steak and lobster with generous portions. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and it was very tasty. I felt that the prices were reasonable. Everyone had a great meal and I will be back again.
Nice NYC feel, wait staff very friendly and attentive. Steaks prepared as ordered, nice job overall. A bit noisy but it was busy and there was a large table near us, so understandable.
Ordered the Cowboy ribeye and steak was just average. Service was excellent.
Great Steaks! Proberly the best. Side dishes not as huge as before...
It's one of the best steaks I know. They are very picky on the reservations, having to wait for all the attendees to appear in order to get seated. In that case I reserved a table for less invitees than expected. By the time we got seated, we got more invitees than the reservation that was made. The waiter was very kind to get us another table that could seat everybody. We had luck since the restaurant is not that big and it was crowded at that time. If you are in Las Vegas and love meat, this is one of the best place to go.
As a suggestion I would consider them getting a bigger venue.
I've eaten there many times, food is outstanding. Service is topnotch too. It's a little bit cheaper than the Steak chains too
Best shrimp cocktail I've ever had. Cutting the filet is like cutting butter with a hot knife. Amazing restaurant!
We had a birthday celebration at Gallagher's Steakhouse-New York Casino Las Vegas and it was wonderful evening. From the host at the front taking us to our table to the wait staff, they all made our first time dining experience so special! Our steaks were cooked over an oak fire and it gave our Bone in New York Strip a wonderful flavor and charred to perfection and our wedge salad was as good as it was pretty. We will go back on our next visit to Las Vegas.
we have dinner at Gallagher every time we stay in Vegas ( twice a year since many years). Meat is excellent, perfectly cooked ,good wine list and service. A good experience!
Food was moderate. Steak was over cooked. Caesar salad was blah.
This was our first time at Gallagher's. It was the best steak & chicken we have ever had. The waiter was awesome, very professional & friendly. We loved it so much, we went back 2 nights later. My husband got the bone in Veal Chop and this was the best we have ever had. If you have never been, this is a must try.
As always - the best steaks in Las Vegas. Combined with excellent service, plan to enjoy a wonderful dining experience.
The food is delicious! Great service. Have gone several times and it never disappoints.
We really enjoyed our trip to Gallagher's. Had a group of 9 guys visit Vegas to celebrate our buddy's bachelor party. I had set up the reservation two days prior, received a phone call to verify we'd be there the evening of, and we were seated quickly once we arrived. Server was very attentive. The steak was absolutely awesome. Can't ask for anything else.
The special for the night was Tomahawk Ribeye. It sounded interesting and I ordered it. The steak was not as good as the Cowboy Ribeye that I usually order. First, the steak had a lot of sinewy meat even though it seemed properly cooked. Secondly, the outer edge had more grizzle then the other Ribeye's I've had. Lastly, it didn't seem much larger than the Cowboy version. The price difference was definitely not worth it.
Always wanted to try Gallagher's and finally did. I also tried the aged NY steak. I thought it would melt in my mouth, but it did not. It was good and cooked correctly medium rare but I did not notice any difference from a regular NY steak. I really do not need to go back to Gallagher's again. I can get just as good a steak pretty much anywhere else and probably save on the cost as well. The service was excellent.
Food was good. Our server was rude and made us feel like we were putting him out when we asked for something. I ordered a drink made a special way and they made it the way it comes so that was disappointing. I would have given much higher rating if it weren't for the server.
The steak was on point, the wait staff was friendly and always around without being in the way.
Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not the best at all. It started off great because of Mikey who promptly greeted us and brought water and was attentive to are needs more than are actual server(Derrick.) My steak was cooked wrong and the I tried to have it cooked up and that took 20 minutes and then it was an overcooked steak when it was brought to me. The prime rib was tough and hard to cut through and was half uneaten because of this. However, the steak did get comped and I left hungry but the worst part of it all is I felt as though I was being accused for doing something wrong as if it was my fault the steak became overcooked. I still ended up spending $100 on the meal without and entree. Lastly, if it wasn't for Mikey the experience would have been absolutely horrible. He truly made made all the other problems bearable. He deserves recognition big time!!!! He was a superstar and he would be the only reason we would come back!!!
Loved the waiter Sam. He was so warm and friendly. He was awesome. Also liked the assistant manager Randy. Very warm and friendly. Felt like we were one big family! It was great. Great conversation with the staff. Good was very good.
The food was exceptional as was the service
It was my second time with in the week
Highly recommend this place
See you in February
The prime rib is the best! We always order it when we are in town.
Always excellent never a bad experience. Love this place.
Excellent service by 20 Gallagher veteran waiter John. He made sure all was taken care of and even helped us connect with a former employee working elsewhere now. The good and Ribeye steak was top notch cooked to perfection. We will see you again soon!
Each of us ordered a steak. The steaks were so salty, we could each only eat a couple bites. I think the way the dry age the steaks, it makes them very salty. We scraped the top, and even tried cutting the top and bottom off. The waiter was a great guy, and comped our deserts. He offered us another entree but we had a show to catch. I just wouldn't choose to dine here again.
No match to New York at all...
Sam was amazing!
My favorite place to eat in Vegas.. Steak and delicious sauces are perfect, lobster the best I ever had! Very very pricey, but well worth it for a special dining night out. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the noise level being to loud for enjoying a romantic dinner. We asked to be moved from our original spot because of being seated next to a large table of approx 15 young men. The place was already loud because it was packed, and those men didnt help. I guess they dudnt get the nemo this was a nice place and not a sports bar.
This a great steakhouse!
Very enjoyable evening! My wife and I were in Vegas celebrating my completion of grad school, and this play hit the spot! The NY strip and Main lobster tail was incredible!
A must in Vegas. Top notch food and service. Worth the price.
Not even staying at New York New York and take the trip to enjoy dinner and their dinning experience.
Lacking service. The waiter take the time to explain there food or menu when I had questions. I felt rush. The food was decent, but i prefer over this place
Our waiter was exceptional! He was very knowledgable about the menu and God preparation options, extrememly attentive and was really fun. The food was good, chicken a bit under cooked but they reminded the issue quickly.
Realle good stakes, good wine and atmosphere. A little bit expensive (approx. 100 dollars p.p.) but it is worth it. Recommended!
Food was delicious. I have to say it was the first aged steak that I've had and there is definitely a different taste. If you are a fan of creamed spinach this is the place to get it!
The best service anywhere on the planet and the food was fantastic. Will definatly be back and recommend to friends. Can't say enough good about our experience. Wish there was a Galaghers in Denver!!!!
I had dinner at Gallagher's several years ago and had a good experience. This time I made
reservation's ahead of time and requested a booth. We were told they could not seat us at a booth or even a little larger table, so they seated us in the rear room in a small table for two which was over crowded and very noisy. Are server Todd greeted us and we seemed to get off to a good start. We ordered beverages which took a while. The bread basket was served like an assembly line. They served baskets to the table all at once. We ordered salad which was very average. My date had Filet Mignon medium rare which was more like rare. The potato and vegetable was prepared alright. I ordered the Cowboy Rib eye which was recommended on the prior reviews I had read, the seasoning was good, but the steak was so full of grizzle that I could barely cut it and it was hard to fine some decent meat to eat. Rib eye is generally marbleized, but it was extremely fatty. If it wasn't for the assistant helping out we would have been totally neglected! We gave the assistant a side tip because he really made service better.
I would not dine here again. There are so many great steak and seafood restaurants in the Las Vegas area. We eat out at fine dining restaurants on a regular basis and really appreciate good service and food.
