    Eaten there 4 times. Three at the bar on busy Friday or Saturday night. Made reservations for a Thursday night for the fourth. Doesn't matter bar or table, staff are wonderful. Food is impeccable.

    The 14oz. grilled veal was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Scotch on rocks was a generous serving. Waiter was very busy at 6pm with multiple tables, but took care of everything, especially as crowd reduced.

    I love Gallaghers, but tonight in Covington was not the best. Filet was overcooked and fish was dry. Very unusual. Also, they didn’t have my wine selection in stock, but was charged the same price for a lesser wine.

    Gallagher’s Grill is one of the of the top fine dinning establishments in St. Tammany.I am a local foodie and We frequently dine here. Pat has an extensive menu,Pompano, fried redfish, the Steaks are great,the mixed grill (quail and lamb chops)is very good. For an appetizer I highly recommend the trio- shrimp Remoulade , devil eggs, crab cake, crabmeat ravigote on a bed of salad greens- my wife and I share this. I order this every time I visit this restaurant. For the best dessert on the Northshore get the key lime pie. Homemade by a retired school teacher. The wine list and bar offering are extensive. The service is exceptional!

    My daughter filet ordered her filet medium rare + and it came out perfect. My stuffed chicken was sizzling and delicious. We also loved the calamari appetizer. Jackie was our waitress and was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!

    Didn’t find the filet was as good as normal. We ordered the Oscar filet-came without the hot plate and so the steak was not warm , got cold too fast and effected the meal. Also the seafood mirlton wasn’t as good either.
