Our server was very good but looked like they were seriously understaffed. We waited over an hour for salad and biscuits. We NEVER got any ham, which was expected for Easter. The prime rib was cut super thin and was very fatty. The food was taken away instead of being asked if we wanted any boxed up since we did pay $30 a person. It took over two hours for a very small amount of food for being an Easter Brunch. $250.00 plus tip really wasn’t worth it at all. We did tip 20% cause it wasn’t the servers fault. April 4, 2021 Easter Brunch. We were also celebrating our 11 year olds birthday and they didn’t even mention that.

We went to the Easter brunch in the banquet area, and I wouldn’t recommend it. We waited for a very long time for our food, and it was cold and when it arrived at our table and not very good. It was not worth the $30 per person
Surf n turf!
Steaks were well rested and melt in your mouth even cooked medium. Lobster tail was the same temp as the steak when served. It cooled very quickly. I should have asked for lobster to be served hot.
Overall, for my first experience there, I was extremely delighted to have a fairly simply spiced meal that wasn’t overwhelmed by a restaurant that want to distinguish their flavors. Service was spot on and the atmosphere was cozy.

Our food came out slow, the music was all over the place and extremely loud sometimes. Our food was pretty good but I wouldn’t consider this “fine dining”

This was our first time to the Galaxy and our 30th anniversary. The server was a little slow to take our drink orders which made us a little nervous, but the service was very good after that. Our server was very personable and very attentive. The food was outstanding. We had the tempura shrimp appetizer and it was fantastic. I had the surf and turf as an entree and my wife had the Spinach Parmesan Chicken. Both were delicious and prepared exactly as we ordered them. Two manager-types checked on us while we were eating, which was nice. We loved the upscale atmosphere and the restaurant is well laid-out so that the tables are well spaced and feel rather private, at least where we were seated. We also received a complementary dessert with "Happy Anniversary" spelled out on the plate. Everything was great. We will be back!

Galaxy never disappoints. Caitlin provided exceptional service and the food was outstanding. This is still my 11 year old son’s and our family’s favorite place to get a steak in Northeast Ohio!

Our meal was the best we experienced in the last 2 years. We eat out quite a bit so that's saying something. The service was great and our waitress was very friendly. And do not miss the beet gravlax if available, delicious.

Food and service was good. Wine was subpar. Ambiance was great. The hostess escorted us to our table that wasn’t cleaned so we ended up waiting an additional 10mintues to get seated, although we were on time for our reservation. Overall, I enjoyed and will definitely be back.

Had a reservation scheduled at 5:30, they told us they have a seat, as were waiting I see people walking in the door being seated immediately, I asked when will we be next and they said they were waiting for a table to get done for us I’m not sure why we were waiting for a specific table. So eventually a man comes over and says they got us a different table and takes us way in the back to a very cold room and put us in a corner. I had to eventually tell the gentleman I need to move because it was so cold I could not take my coat off and I’m not going to sit and be uncomfortable so they did move us. The waitress was very attending she was seated I believe four or five tables all at once so she was a little under pressure. I had ordered the filet and lobster and without going into much detail I don’t think I will ever be back to this restaurant again. The money that was paid for this food was definitely not worth it!

Food was amazing, and the service was even better. The only mild disappointment was that my wife and I were there for Valentines Evening dinner. The ambiance of the Circle L was great, however there was one very obnoxious table of 6 in the middle of the room that seemed to disrupt not just ours, but other couple’s evening as a well. We were all kind of making eye contact wondering if anyone would say something to the large party, particularly on a Valentines Evening where all the couples I’m sure were hoping for a romantic evening. Other than that, the service was great and food was outstanding.

I made the reservations for 6:15 through Open Table app. However, when we arrived they did not have us down for a table. The manager was called over and they arranged a table for us. The food was excellent the service was top notch. The only thing I wish was asked if we were celebrating anything special which we were a birthday. After I got home I notice the reservation I made was for 6:15 AM. I would think the app would have not made a reservation when the restaurant was not even open. The steak was perfectly prepared and salmon was moist and delicious.

Amazing experience from beginning to end!
Beware that your OpenTable reservation at Galaxy Restaurant (Circle L Steakhouse & The Wine Room) may find you at a high top table in the bar, that’s what happened with our reservation. We weren’t notified about this until we arrived at the restaurant. The hostess told me we would be at a high top in the bar area and asked if that was ok. I told her we hadn’t reserved a bar table and would prefer a regular dining table. She told me there were none available and that they were placing all online reservations in the bar. Maybe this was only due to it being New Year’s Eve, not sure but I’m unclear why this wouldn’t be communicated to at the time I made the reservation so I could have selected another time or a different restaurant. We had a drink and some apps. The traditional calamari and lobster bisque. The calamari was perfect and a generous portion, the bisque was lukewarm and not great. My wife had the fillet and added scallops with a baked potato and I had the salmon with broccoli, baked potato and a house salad. The food was all good and prepared as ordered.
Since we made the reservation on open table, they said we had to be seated at a high table in the bar.

Thanks for a great thanksgiving experience....NOT Upon arriving and being seated our server got us water and a beverage, got us the salad and rolls and disappeared. Exactly 30 minutes later he re-appeared to inform us they were having problems with the roast beef portion of the family style and it would be a bit longer but asked if we wanted the rest of the meal then or when it was completed, we asked that it come out at one time.... jump forward another 15 minutes, now 45 minutes in to our thanksgiving dinner when everything finally arrived, the roast beef was fresh however everything else was dried out, luke warm to cold and obviously had been sitting out for some time....how does that happen? No excuse for this when nothing is being made to order.
Unsurprisingly we left, it might have been nice if our server would have stopped by the table to refill water or beverages during that 45 minutes.....
I've been looking forward to coming to the Galaxy for a long time......what a waste of time.
Oh and by the way, the frozen pizza and a few cookies we had for thanksgiving dinner was wonderful!!!
