Great meals at great prices
The Madera (in the Rosewood Hotel) has clearly earned its Michelin star with delicious, interesting dishes, each beautifully presented. The hotel’s exterior was sparkly with lights and outside the restaurant were upright triangular heaters in full flame, which together reflected inside to warm up the sophisticated style. A lovely fine dining experience to be repeated. MoreOpenTable Diner -

It is a fun people filled place and very welcoming . Excellent service and all feel welcome and part of the scene. The food is French and very good :I like the salad vert, escargot: frites . Very authentic Japanese meal and very expensive! $225 per person and entire group has to order same tasting menu, no exceptions. Menu for 2 with a lower priced bottle of saki was $770. I like my fish a little more salty/savory, but they made no alterations to my only request. Other service was exceptional, 6 guests in restaurant to 6 staff, an experience for sure, even the bartop wood and wallpaper and sushi chef is imported from Japan. But twice I’ve had the premium chef tasting at Nobu and was asked what I liked and chef actually incorporated it into tasting menu with sake tasting included and loved it, and paid half the price of this place. So hmmmm, I’m left feeling like it was not worth the $ for me. MoreOpenTable Diner -
We enjoyed the Kendall Jackson wine and cheese sampling. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the setting couldn't have been more romantic for us. We had a private tasting with complete explanation of the wines and the cheese we sampled. The gardens surrounding the main building are gorgeous. We visited during the fall harvest and the weather, setting and food were perfect! MoreOpenTable Diner -

Authentic Cuisine from the Umbria Region of Italy
Giulio Tempesta, inspired by his family, set out to create the only Italian restaurant in San Francisco to feature a menu specific to the Umbria Region of Italy.
Giulio’s creation, with the support of Michela Tempesta, was Ristorante Umbria. They established one of the best Italian restaurants in the city. The decor, the food and the friendly service all add up to the ambiance that made Ristorante Umbria so special and kept guests, both local and visiting, coming back for more.
It is with that same spirit that the menu for Umbria Glen Ellen was cultivated from the original menu, keeping old favorites and introducing new ones.
Yak and Yeti is delighted to offer the best of Indian, Nepalese and Tibetan cuisine. Owned by the Sherpas originally from Mt. Everest region, Yak and Yeti dishes mainly include recipes that fuel trekkers along their way to Everest Base Camp. The kitchen also features a heart-healthy Tandor Oven, where the naan and other items like kabobs and chicken tikka masala are prepared. Other popular delicacies like the momos (handmade authentic Tibetan dumplings stuffed with your choice of meat or veggies) are prepared following traditional methods and recipes. At Yak and yeti, we’d like our customers to experience the Himalayas when they taste our food. Yak and Yeti opened its doors in 2017 to offer the best of the Himalayan state to Napa Valley.More
