We are locals and this is one of two of our go to places. Josh is a creative chef who doesn’t mind pushing the envelope. He offers creatively prepared dishes in interesting variations. The owners, host and hostess, Mark and Denie Frank, are most hospitable. MoreOpenTable Diner -
We don't get to Caleb's nearly as often as we should, but it hits all the marks every time we visit. Our party of four was promptly and courteously seated on a Friday night, wine poured, and our pleasant server soon appeared to talk about additions to the menu. He was patient as our group took time to converse and enjoy our wine before being ready to order, and he was helpful in describing each item on the menu, his recommendations, etc. All four meals were exquisitely prepared, and we all agreed that the eggplant/mozzarella appetizer was a huge winner. The owner stopped by--as he customarily does--to make sure that all was ok, a very nice touch. And he graciously provided free chocolate liquer after-dinner drinks, another thoughtful (and tasty) gesture. We were not rushed in any way, despite lingering for a while and enjoying the ambiance, and we all look forward to our next visit. MoreOpenTable Diner -
