North Orange County's best restaurants based upon thousands of OpenTable diner reviews
As always, our experience at La Cave was great. We started with plentiful martinis. The meat selection is always varied but they are known for steaks. Portions are plentiful. The atmosphere is where we go for. It is typical 1950s decor. The bar scene alone is worth the trip. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Journeyman’s Food & Drink is the most recent passion project of executive chef Zachary Geerson. The cuisine which can only be explained as Post-modern and globally-inspired, draws from chef Zach and his team diverse cultural background and training. Chef Zach, being of Sicilian descent, uses that and his love for Italian cuisine, as a jumping off point for some dishes and inspiration from his wife, Olivia, who is Thai and Laotian.
Journeyman’s distinguishes itself from other restaurants nearby by fusing modern with classical, working extremes and subtleties, and dancing back-and-forth over the line of others expectations. The beverage and service of Journeyman’s matches the quality of the food. We do not wish to be fine dining in the known context, but offer great food, beverages, and service with a fine mind.More

Sessions West Coast Deli has two locations that are convenient for anyone looking to picnic on the sandy shores of Newport Beach or Huntington Beach. The neighborhood-casual concept serves its immediate community and has embraced the area’s active sports culture as it presents a menu of gourmet, culinary-focused sandwiches in a relaxed environment. Sessions’ dedication and commitment to its community has made it a local hub for surfers, skaters and area beachgoers looking for great sandwiches. The term “West Coast Deli” perfectly describes the marriage of a high-quality deli menu with a chill vibe that appeals to area locals and tourists, alike. Unlike most delis in the region, Sessions proudly boasts a scratch kitchen with housemade sauces, sides, salads, and soups prepared daily. All of the food is made to order with fresh, locally grown produce; humanely and naturally raised meats; and locally baked bread delivered daily from local artisan, OC Baking Company. More
The atmosphere in the Orange neighborhood is set by the presence of Chapman University. While this college is best known for its award-winning films, college towns are also known for a diversity of budget-friendly yet outstanding restaurants. Breakfast is often the favorite meal of the day in this neighborhood that has a very young vibe. Others prefer to take a break from thrift store shopping for ice cream and pie at an authentic soda fountain. After classes, many students fill the local California pizza joints while others head to the beer tent for drinks. This neighborhood has many different global cuisines available, such as Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, and Cuban.
