Dinner is served Tuesday thru Saturday in Regina's elegant Wine Bar-Restaurant. This hidden treasure features the best wine list in Natchez as well as a full bar. Tucked away in the back of Regina's Kitchen (her stylish cooking school) there is a full bar with a great menu for sharing with friends or make a dinner out of it. Chef Regina Charboneau, has been named Queen of Biscuits from the New York Times to the Travel Channel with Andrew Zimmern. However her knowledge of food goes way beyond biscuits. Regina's Kitchen offers daily Southern cooking classes (our biscuit classes offered Tues-Sat at 2 & 3pm). We even have a weekend brunch class where you learn the art of biscuits and perfect eggs! Several evenings a week, Chef Regina hosts special Southern cooking classes which includes dinner. You can't come to Natchez and not take a class at Regina's Kitchen! You can book your cooking class easily from our website. www.reginaskitchen.com
