This was my 4th visit to Complexity. The ambience is really nice ..a modern but relaxed feeling. The seating is very comfortable..with small couch areas to tables to bar. The food is delicious and pairs excellent with the wines. I tried the jalepeno bacon mac n cheese..the nutty dates..the chorizo mac n cheese..and the mixed salad (I added avocado and chicken to it). I have tried a few different Pinot's and the Talbott Logan chardonnay was delicious ..we had it on 2 seperate visits. The owners are great ..they take the time to explain the foods and wines and their concept on bringing this wine bar to our area. Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Orlando was our server on 2 visits..very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Went for a special birthday. my reservation was for 5 people and jumped to 15 and they adjusted my table accordingly without any issues. Food was delish. One of my relatives ate Chile Colorado which was super delicious and flavorful. For dessert the flan was very rich and enjoyable. i love that they have jamaica and horchata which are also super good. for drinks we ordered pomegranate mojito, micheladas, and pepino margarita, and ordered seconds. also rice beans and salsa for the chips are great !
