I rarely give an across-the-board 5-star review (maybe the first time?), but this place was just outstanding. The dining room is gorgeous, perfectly lit and dramatic. The service was very attentive and the staff well-informed. Loved every dish we tried, from filet of chicken with Sichuan peppers, crispy aubergine w/ shrimps and string beans, beef shin w/ sesame, BBQ pork loin w/ honey (AMAZING). Very special place and will most certainly have a repeat visit on my next trip to HK. Located at the old Police Headquarters--really cool new entertainment complex in Central. Nice! More

Statement is the classiest restaurant in town. Absolutely astonishing interiors and highly creative food is what it is. So glad to have gone to this fabulous place carefully put together. The roasted beef is a must on this place! More
