At the weekend there will be an adventurous brunch menu with a variety of coffees and brewing methods to explore. During the week, we will be giving the people what the want; coffee, toasties and a full breakfast menu.
There are seats in the middle around the open kitchen so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of everything going on. Down the back there is a bright mezzanine area with a skylight and then we have some outdoor table in our lovely sun trap out the back.
This brick and mortar style cafe is the love child of one of the owners, Brian. Taking inspiration from his travels around the world and his family kitchen. The breakfast tacos from his trips around Central/South America, The Levain flatbread from his sourdough starter and soufflé pancakes from eating his way around Japan.Bloom Brasserie

mae
Price: Very Expensive•Modern European•4.6(24)Opened in August 2021 in Ballsbridge, Mae Restaurant focuses on Modern Irish Cuisine and Considered Wines, owned and operated by multi-award winning chef Grainne O'Keefe. Mae has been included in the Michelin Guide since 2022.
"This cosy first-floor restaurant is hidden above the French Paradox wine shop, which not only gives it an appealingly secretive feel but also makes opting for one of the interesting wine pairings a wise move. The tasting menu begins with delicate snacks and fine daily-made sourdough, before offering a choice of main course and dessert. In game season, you'd be foolish to miss the exquisitely cooked sika deer and the tarte Tatin is Chef-Owner Gráinne's crowd-pleasing signature. The chefs show not just skill but generosity, so you'll leave feeling full and satisfied." - Michelin, 2024Marco Pierre White Courtyard Bar & Grill
