You can consistently enjoy a great dining experience here. Whenever we are in Telluride, going to Allred’s is on our list. Food and wine are outstanding, along with great view and attentive service. We enjoyed the veal dishes in particular. Highly recommend this restaurant! MoreOpenTable Diner -
The experience at Almresi was wonderful. Service was prompt and friendly, but not overbearing. And the food also was terrific - we had the pretzel and a flatbread to start the meal, pork shank and short rib entrees, and the apple strudel dessert (don’t ask me to write the Austrian/German names!). It was a wonderful experience, and we will be back the next time we’re in Vail. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Thank you for visiting Kenichi Izakaya Carbondale. An Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub. At sake breweries during the late 18th century, people in Japan began using sake kegs as stools and snacks were served. This small plates menu was designed to encourage sharing amongst friends and family. Food is prepared in multiple kitchens and arrives as it is ready to ensure freshness. We make the majority of our menu in house, from scratch, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
We offer full sushi bar, kitchen and bar.More
A favorite of locals and guests alike, Jing (formerly Asie) features a unique menu of modern Asian fusion, contemporary sushi and sashimi, and raw bar. Fresh ingredients, creative cuisine that inspires warmth and happiness, and an inviting atmosphere deliver an authentic Asian experience right in the heart of downtown Aspen. Beloved for his original approach to Asian dining, Chef Frank Lu’s techniques and artistry are showcased in signature dishes such as roasted Peking duck, 13-flavor lobster, and ginger-miso glazed whole fish. New style jalapeño sashimi, sea urchin, Toro tartare with caviar, miso Chilean sea bass, soft shell crab tempura, and Kobe beef on the rocks demonstrate Chef Frank’s command of globally-inspired and innovative Asian fare. Shareable small plates please everyone’s palate; standouts include Shanghai soup dumplings, king crab egg rolls, lobster dumplings with coconut sauce, and spicy baby octopus with black bean sauce.More

The mountain range area around Denver is much more than a great place for a vista view. It is also a great place to enjoy something to eat. The area is a very popular tourist attraction throughout the year and offers an excellent selection of restaurants. The dining scene primarily consists of several mountain-themed establishments offering a fine dining experience in a casual atmosphere. The Mountains also feature a number of secluded cabin-style restaurants serving a wide range of comfort foods appropriate for both the winter and the summer season. International food is also available, including authentic Italian. Barbecue is also very popular and available at various smokehouses in the area, not to mention the assorted quick food grills and stands scattered about the parks.
