Supper was delicious (7-day pork belly, fried-green tomatoes, fried chicken, and SHORT RIB). Server was very attentive, helpful, and nice. Very cool place. We don't live in Ft. Collins, but we are already planning our next trip back to the Farmhouse. MoreOpenTable Diner -

My expectations when I go out are set pretty high, mainly because my better half and i only go out to eat once a month and its always somewhere we will have an experience and remember. Not just another quick lunch at qudoba or somethhing. The Cashe at ginger and baker reached my expectations and then some! Their timing is spot on, their food is so worth the money and its a great place to enjoy/celebrate a special night out. They have great atmosphere and really turned that place into something special. Well done all around (10 out of 10) I told the host when i reserved this table that we were celebrating our birthdays. Everyone who came in contact with us made sure to wish us happy birthday in a tasteful way (not an overbearing way) and that made it so much more special. Ps: timing is everything to me. I don’t want my dinner out to take less then an hour, and i don’t want my food courses overlapping each other. Andrew (the server at the Cashe) timed our food courses so perfectly that i was able to appreciate each course served (app., soup, entree) and then have some time to just breath a little before the next one came out! Perfecto. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Discover Fort Collins
Fort Collins is a beautiful and historic area that is home to an amazing selection of eateries, diners, taverns and breweries. If you want to get a taste of the local cuisine, you should stop by one of the many American or steakhouse restaurants, and try the prime rib. You should also visit one of the area’s Mexican, Italian, American, French or European restaurants and try the 90 Shilling Ale from Odell, a craft beer that’s brewed right in Fort Collins. The area is also known for its Rocky Mountain dishes, including salmon, trout and oysters, which are served at many of Fort Collins’ steakhouse, American, seafood and Italian restaurants. You could also try a dish that is a little different, crispy pig ears, at one of the local American or steakhouse establishments.
