Received an invitation by Carols Creek management for a birthday celebration. The water view of the docking area was great. Multi-variety lunch menu along with daily specials. We had the shrimp salad and crab cake sandwich and just as the names denotes, there was more shrimp and crab than other ingredients when you are looking where did the shrimp and crab disappear to. Uncle Julio’s is a Mexican from scratch kitchen serving only the freshest ingredients. Specialties: chicken & steak fajitas, tender filet mignon, and bacon wrapped shrimp. Other favorites include: seafood fajitas, shrimp al pastor, and ahi tuna served with homemade corn tortillas or bibb lettuce.
