Always come for the happy hour for buck-a-shuck oysters, but get there before 5:00 pm as seats at the bar go fast. Tip: make dinner reservations several days in advance to have better chance of getting the time you want, especially for parties of more than 4. Called on Sunday afternoon for a reservation for 8 people on Monday which one would assume would be an off day but was informed only had table at 5:00 pm (too early and conflicted with buck-a-shuck happy hour) or 8:15 pm (too late). Ended up making two reservations for 4 at 5:45 pm with the hope that we could all be seated near each other which staff did accommodate but as party was split between two tables conversation and shared dining experience was less than ideal. Food as always was excellent and high quality. Wait staff professional and attentive. MoreOpenTable Diner -

Since 1952 Mildred's has been the restaurant that people have traveled to. Located on the Ocean Drive between Ocean City and Sea Isle City in Strathmere, Mildred's was founded by legendary restauranteurs Charles and Mildred Conascenta, whose simple methods to success was serving the finest quality dishes. Chef Andy Raffa worked along side the Conascenta's for over thirty years, now, he and his wife Sallee have been the driving force for the past twenty years behind this shore tradition. Only the freshest and finest ingredients are used in all of Mildred's dishes. Seafood, beef and Italian specialties are all prepared with that Mildred's touch. All pasta and desserts are still homemade. Unlike restaurants that are only famous for certain dishes, Mildred's patrons all seem to have their own favorites...Maybe that's enough said!
Mildred's is located just steps from the beach, a perfect place to walk after a splendid dinner.More
Welcome to Secondo!
In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County.
We’re a family-owned business and we want you to feel right at home at Secondo. But, now that you’re part of the family, there’s only one way to keep Nonna happy – Mangia! Mangia!More
Discover Cape May
Cape May is perfect for those who love chowing down on high-quality seafood. New Jersey is well-known for its incredible fish dishes, and you can find some of the best lobster in the world at Cape May restaurants. However, this area also has plenty of variety. It features a number of Asian restaurants, including some amazing pad thai. In addition to the variety, Cape May also has some unique signature dishes of its own. Their pizza is unique because it puts the cheese on the bottom of the pie and the sauce on the top. There are also some great breakfast dishes, such as delicious red velvet pancakes, that you just can't miss.
